Briefly considering getting another drink, shedismmised the thought and isntead wandered over to the request board, trying to find something to take. Looking up at the second floor, she sighed wistfully. "Alas, tis the life of a normal mage."

"Whu?" Maria said articulately. As she turned toward Lux's voice, she felt her armor reaching it's limit and falling away piece by piece, crumbling into the aether as they hit the floor. She sighed in relief at her comrades timely appearance and slumped to her knees, then pushed herself to her feet quickly, this was no time to be resting.
"No time for quips," she said quickly, turning to the passage behind them. "Adeline and Sonnelion went this way. I'm worried they might be in danger." She stopped beside Lux and Salia to help them both to their feet, having no trouble lifting Lux despite her size, then rushed down the corridor.
Ha, I can see Caroline constantly bugging her to study those swords.
Also if you were wondering, Catiline's guild mark is on her left shoulderblade, only visible when she's not on a mission (and by extention not wearing her armor). She's currently spending all her free time developing a false artifact armor to replace it.

Well, along with how the characters grew up. Three years have passed in the story. I just love it because it's so unconventional.
