Pholirites have Heterochromatic eyes (I just learned that word the other day), which means they have a different color in each eye, sorry for confusing you.

Cyborgs can indeed use magic, like every class. Remember, unless it's specific to one class, anyone can learn it. I'll let you know if you're trying to learn something you can't, or you can ask me. Freelancers, however, cannot use implants. Those are specific to Cyborgs.

A character can indeed use only the Interprate system (I decided the other name was too long, so I'm calling it the Interprate System or just the IS from now on) to make their entire spell list, but it's hard to control, and even when the spells are finished the cost to use them is much higher than a normal spell.

I'm going to step in and play bad cop here, both to you guys and rose, because she keens incapable of doing that.

First, you can reserve spots (gotta overrule you on that one a bit Rose), but you must at least fill out the questionare first.

Second, I don't remember agreeing on those numbers with you Rose. From what I remember I'm handling stats and such. We're level five and under because, though the GAME might have existed for a year, we only started playing a few weeks ago. If we make it a more than two months to level up, we won't even get off the academy planet.

Third, we thought about that Doug's, but decided against it. We like having two faces.

I AM the GM, as far as stats and abilities go. STR+1 is an acceptable modifier for level 4equipment. At each level, your character gains three state points, and can split them between STR, FOC and AGI as they want. My character, for instance, has an STR/AGI build, with emphasis in AGI. That means she spends one in STR and two in AGI, except on the rare occasion she throws one into FOC, which she hasn't done yet.

In case it wasn't clear by the way, the class and race you choose does not exclude you from any skills, except class specific ones. A wildborn warrior can learn magic skills, or an Aquian Purist can learn to use a greatsword, they only take state penalties for it.

Your coat, for instance, would be:

Chest armor (Coat, level 4, Named [Highlander's Coat], +1STR)
