"Sure it could," Cynthia said, not looking up from the food. "Hey Haz, get me a plate would you?" She asked, flipping the fish again. She finished and set the pan down on a nearby rock while she waited.

"Tell you what Tam, if my Katana can't cut through your knife, then I'll agree that the knife is superior." She said, a glint in her eye, "But if it can, then you have to buy a sword and use it for cooking from now on."

I was thinking that Monica seems a bit underpowered, but then I realized Monica is the only person who seems to be able to kill easilly. Sure, Prudence can burn people, and Oda has that Scythe, but all Monica really needs to do is stab a ghost or a vampire in the heart or the head, and they'll go down like any mortal. Of course, she has to get within stabbing range, and obviously it's less effective against stronger types, but the idea is there.

Oh crap, I totally missed your post Life. Yeah, that's all I had problems with. Rose still has to approve it, but I don't see that being a problem.

anyway, I'm going to bed. Let's try not to leave everyone behind tonight? I'm applying a posting curfew for the moment, just to keep it controllable. Feel free to make a post each, and when I wake up I'll talk with Rose on better ways to make the RP stable. Honestly if you guys all feel like the curfew is unnecessary, vote on it, I'm not forcing it on you. It'll just be more work for everybody who wakes up if three people spend the night progressing.

"I think I'm more concerned about her insulting me as a blade master." Cynthia said, fanning the ember she had just made in the sticks. "I for one wouldn't be caught dead using a blade less than half my level, so if you can find a level three kitchen knife, then we can talk." She quickly dashed back to the table and grabbed the spices she left there and dashed back, flipping the fish with a flick of her wrist before adding the seasoning. The irony was that when she was doing almost anything else, she used the menus and automatic systems, but with fighting or cooking she couldn't allow the system to help her.

"Besides," She added, keeping an eye on the meal. "I'd like to see you use a knife to cut a fish as cleanly as my sword."

Caroline shook her head at the direction the conversation was going, and snatched the fish out of Prince's hand. "Give me that. I bet you'll just char it. What a waste of a fish." She moved back into the storage area and took the branches she had put in there. She also grabbed the rest of the fish. "If I cook you a meal, will you promise to focus on leveling today? I don't want to hang around Arnoth for a year." She cleared a space on one of the tables and opened her inventory, bringing out a cutting board, frying pan, flint and steel and several spices she had just sitting in her bag. "There, that should be enough," She added, equipping her Katana before closing her menu.

She put the fish she was holding down on the cutting board, and stepped back, putting one hand over her shoulder to grab the hilt of her sword. Pausing for a moment, as much to let all eyes settle on her as to focus, she drew the sword and brought it down on the hapless scaled creature in one motion, cutting it cleanly in half. Then she flipped one half into the frying pan with the sword blade, and the other with her hand. She moved to the mouth of the Cave with the wood under her arm to set up the camp fire. "Would somebody mind bringing those spices over while I light this?" She asked.
