Nathan had left the council room a while ago, without anybody noticing. It had been a simple enough matter to change into his wind form and slip through the cracks of the door while everybody was distracted, and now he leaned against the balcony railing, slowly dragging on his cigarette. He briefly went over the meeting in his head and clicked his tongue derisively. "Tsk, what a farce." He turned his head and stared off into the distance, to where the sun was slowly sinking towards the horizon. "When did we let things get so convoluted?"

Name: Grace Noel
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Skills: Grace is a prodigy with machines and technology, so much so that it goes beyond a simple skill. She can build things most people can only imagine.
Hobbies: Tinkering, Running, Singing, Occasionally practical jokes
Personality: Grace is a very upbeat person, but not exactly an optimist. She'll be one of the first to tell someone if she thinks their idea will fail. She tends to relate better to her machines than to actual people, and when she's upset she'll lock herself in her room to work on something.
History: Grace doesn't tell anybody much about her past. The most she tells people is that she came to Orean because it was the best school she could afford.
Optionals: Grace's right arm is a mechanical prosthetic that she built herself. It also serves as her multitool, and has a soldering iron, screw driver, volt meter and knife hidden inside the hand.
Clubs: She doesn't attend a club, but she's more than happy to help the school maintenance workers if they need it.
Nathan has yet to use his magic on anybody besides the Mageslayer, and anyone who comes within his range has already been hit. There's no time to dodge or avoid it, only figuring out what to do when you're caught. That's why he has such a short range and he can't do things like "crush into a ball"
Edit: I forgot about that thing with the harpy lady, but that's the same thing really, and she had a MUCH higher chance of getting out.
Cynthia's magics are mostly the kind you can react to, except for her Technique Formula, but that takes like three minutes to use.
Caroline is all melee all the time forever.
