Academy Bound!

What an interesting painting... Clara thought, tugging her hood down a bit. It's almost like it's moving.

She moved her head from side to side, trying to figure out the trick.

Maybe it's magic? I mean, it's not like I don't believe in magic, I've just never seen anything besides myself that proved it. The opportunity was too much for her to pass up. She reached towards the painting, figuring if it was magic something might happen if she touched it, but she certainly wasn't expecting to fall through.

"Ow..." Clara said, slowly pushing herself off of the ground. She reached up to massage her head and realized that her hood was down. Quickly yanking it back into place, she glanced around to see if anybody had noticed her ears. There were a couple of people around, but it didn't seem like they had seen, or maybe they just didn't care. Either way, this was definitely not the museum.

"Ha, called it!" She said, pumping her fist a bit.

I'll think about it later. Work is kicking my ass today.

Academy Bound!

Dragons are given to the students as eggs except in a couple of circumstances. Dragons do not exist on earth.

The eggs will hatch within a few hours of being touched, and within a few weeks they'll be large enough to ride (except certain dragons who will never be large enough)

Without a word, Alisa placed her hand on the large boy's arm. She hummed a bit, a deep resonant sound that seemed to match the silent humming of Dimitri's soul, and closed her eyes.

"You have a heavy soul." She said, pulling back. "Maybe you'd make a good partner, assuming anybody could want a weapon like me. You seem to have some difficulty controlling it though. Maybe..."

She trailed off as a woman walked in the room and headed straight for the teacher's desk, dropping the file she was holding and immediately laying her head down. She seemed to be taking a nap.

"Hey," Alisa said, prodding Victorique "Any relation?"
