I'm not advertising, i was asked. If i came on here one day and said "everybody join my RP" i would agree with you, but in this situation i feel i was answering a question.
seeing as i doubt either of these RPs are going to go very far without more people, and neither has gotten very far (especially the first one) I'd consider them still in the development phase.
