Just so you're aware, this form of teleportation doesn't let you move through solid objects, unlike spacial singularity teleportation or dimentional shift teleportation, or the type I find really funny which is arbitrary teleportation (or as I call it "how the fuck?" Teleportation)

I think it's body decomposition rather than teleporting. He breaks his physical body down and transports the particals by wind, using air instead of electricity to make up his mind. Afterwards he recomposes himself.
