How it works: it's basically a water gun filled with some kind of flammable liquid that has a pilot torch taped to the front.

@deathkiller a specific weapons template would be neat. Something similar to character creations, were you use items you scaveng and other people's weapons and you make/improve them as much as you can with limited skill and resources.
