Do you know what sucks? Being horribly behind on editing and having to edit a 30 minute episode and render it out with a deadline is exhausting work, not to mention that it eats up time.

Edits, clarifications, revamps, etc. on the way.

Coolio, it's a lot, so don't feel that you have to rush.

A) Flight: ... Flying is greatly more natural than walking or using their legs whether it is a short distance, long, or even just standing (hovering) in place they prefer to use their wings.

B) Pixie Dexterity: ... Speed and agility is something they are born with and excel at.

C) Eyes of Twilight: ... they also can see the flow and use of invisible energy and magic(etc) and locate its source.

D) Twilight Lance(Eve / 2): (1st Turn)Gathers Dust to create a high powered ray of magic. It phases through inorganic material. (2nd Turn)If struck with Reaper it will splinter into a hundred Twilight Lance shards inside the victim or where it was struck.

E) Twinkle Bell(Glow / 2): (1st Turn)Gathers Dust to create a formidable bell that can block magic and attacks.

F) (2nd turn)If stuck with Whomper the impact creates a super sonic vibration explosion within an area of 100 feet of the giant bell.

G) Grim Harvest (Eve / 5) Gathers a large quantity of Dust and imbues it into Reaper to unleash a spin that unleashes a giant invisible ring of power that separates the spacial matter what what ever they touch until dissipated. Charged for a minimum of two turns to a max of four. At two turns distance is 250 feet. At max four turns distance is 800 feet.

H) Giga-Ton(Glow / 5): Gathers a large quantity of Dust and imbues it into Whomper to break the physical possibilities on its weight and size manipulation to land a devastating blow to the opponent. Charged for a minimum of two turns to a max of four. At two turns power, weight, and size causes an earthquake after the impact that leaves a welling crater. At max 4 charges the force of the blow alone causes tectonic plates to shift and cloud parting sound destroying shock wave that near obliterates every thing in a 600 feet radius.

I) Any relevant weaknesses: Next to no physical strength.

J) Whomper: A cream and pink colored mallet only accessible by Glow with the ability to change its head size and weight independently while not effecting the weight for Glow. On contact with inanimate objects (things without life or energy like rocks, dirt, metals, etc) Whomper creates a resonating impact with object that breaks it down and is absorbed to increase mass and power of weapon. Perfect impacts sap opponents sharpness, power, and durability. Ten perfect hits destroy weapon and gets absorbed. Projectiles when perfectly batted away get destroyed and absorbed.

K) Reaper: A stark-black and gun metal colored scythe only accessible by Eve with the ability to completely retain its durability while granting its self with near limitless flexibility and perpetual sharpness. On contact with organic or energy matter Reaper leeches some energy(life, spirit, magic, etc) from the life form that refuels half a turn of Glitter Dust.

A) Flying as a means of movement has the unique problem that if too quick, it can become next to impossible to land a blow. I understand that this was balanced somewhat with her relative lack of durability; however, understand that this only counts as a weakness if she is able to be hit. A rough estimate of her flight speed would be nice.

B) My concern is that with this, you might try to giver her Spider-man-esq reflexes. I understand her being fast and agile, but if you could, please provide an estimate of her reflex level (i.e. Spider-man level, Kung Fu master level, etc.)

C) Would she be able to see internal energy (like that of the internal mana pool of a mage, or the bioelectricity within a human)?

D) Estimated damage level please.

E) Durability level please (invincible defenses are a wee bit OP, even if there is an energy cost, not that I think that you'd include an invincible defense.

F) Is she immune to this blast of sonic energy? Also, what's the damage level?

G) So it can just cut through anything, if it operates via separating matter? Also, is this cutting done on the molecular level or atomic level?

H) A few things on this point; Does this mean that the hammer can't normally become so heavy that a similar effect couldn't be achieved on its own? What's the force that it hits with as the amount required to cause an earthquake in a geologically unstable area is vastly different than those within a geologically sound area? How do the tectonic plates shift; along their otherwise normal trajectory or a different outcome?

I) Not considered a weakness, if she has a weapon that, to her, is weightless, but has adjustable weight. In other words, she might as well have super-strength when it comes to offensive might, even if she doesn't have any in normal situations (though her hammer can be used to circumvent many a lack-of-strength related problem outside of combat, like lifting a car, bulldozing an area, separating heavy objects, etc.).

J) What are its size/weight limits? Also, how fast can it shift? How fast can she swing it, because if she can swing it rapidly, all she has to do is make it massively heavy and it'll splatter all but the most durable? Does the handle also have the ability to change size, or is it just the head? What's its "amount of matter:how many hits does it take to absorb it fully" ratio?

K) What's its durability? Does she control the flexibility with a power/ability, or does it just flop around and is used like a whip? What's the leeching rate? What determines which energy it leeches at what times?
Firstly, I'm finally all better from my sickness and actually have time away from my works and school.

Also, quick note, because this was brought up repeatedly. The level system that I came up with, while taking influence from the old Tier system, is not and never was meant to replace it. I understand that the Tier system was (and might still be) used for many a roleplay, but before I took over as GM of the Multiverse, one of the biggest problems that I found with it, that I tried to deal with as effectively as possible, was that people were exploiting it's outstanding vagueness (including a few of the characters that I had submitted).

There were people that made characters that should've been far higher Tier than what they were, but because of creative wording (or lack of detailed moderation, don't know which, could be a mix), they were accepted at a lower Tier (for example, I submitted one of my characters that could scale to fit any situation she was needed for, with her powers being set at Tier 6 levels. She was accepted as a Tier 4 character and was fighting Tier 4 opponents). This, while not the most devastating for more experienced roleplayers, is unfortunately devastating for those that are just starting into roleplaying, or who only ever intended to fight recreationally and not competitively. There were far too many people who had created characters within the proper tier, got accepted by the then-GM, started into their first few battles, and then quit because most of their opponents were just doing the roleplaying equivalent of button mashing with their higher-than-supposed-level characters.

The rule system that I set up was to make it as enjoyable as possible for whoever showed interest. If you're an experienced veteran to roleplaying, then show off your skills by defeating your opponent in creative ways. If you're inexperienced, then there's no over-powered characters that'll wreck your fun. Also, the starting Level requirement is a range to allow for those that wish to fight as a weaker (power/ability wise) character against stronger (power/ability wise) characters.

Seed, I understand your viewpoints (as 99% of my own character roster is comprised of Tier (as well as Level) 9 characters, with two exceptions), but this iteration of the Multiverse isn't for power playing, it's for fun.

If enough people are interested, I'm more than willing to set up free for all areas within the Multiverse that operate outside of the Multiverse Level System (think, like what you were describing), though the characters that are too high for the current situations in the leveled areas would be limited when it comes to interacting in the various areas outside of the Free For All section.

Ok, so tier 1 is just your average everyday Joe with no outstanding skills, abilities, or physical traits, and tier 2 would be the real-life master martial artists or marine force recon snipers, or world-class bodybuilding weightlifters, or Olympic athletes? And Tier 3 would be like Daredevil, Bullseye, or the Punisher?

Hmmm... Close, think more;

Level 1 = Generic Human (not world-record-shattering level)
Level 2 = Olympian and higher humans to about Bullseye/Elektra/Iron Fist/ etc.

I've been getting curious lately about why various comic books and also this site claim that peak human strength is the ability to dead lift 600 lbs, so I went and looked it up. Imagine my surprise when I found out that the deadlift record is just a hair over 1,000 lbs. Which brings me to my question. Is there a particular reason that the "peak human" strength is 400 lbs short of actual peak human strength?

There will always be a world record strength and that number will always be rising. Now, with Tier 1 supposed to be human level, the limits still fit for 99.999% of humans.
