It is incidentally worth noting that as a deity of law and order, power and hierarchy, of organization and stewardship, in general being a being very responsible for the way humanity has flourished (at the expense of the creations of other beings -- I'm tempted to say Aroesus created humanity) Aroesus was a force of law and order, and perhaps his rule as the king of the Gods represented such. I knew I avoided talking order vs. chaos earlier, but that was because I had not fully formed my thoughts, but the writing of the history, of Ventu and Sileon and Svanus and Aroesus has caused me to rethink that conversation.

So, wait a second, does that mean there's going to be a force(s) of chaos in this story that I was asking about back at page 3?
And there would be so many casualties.

Statistically matching up our races with each other, Athanatos has the Psyche and Morale advantage. The Aurolians have a Toughness advantage that is supplemented by its Industry equal to the Imperium's. But, no matter: we shall drown your xenos filth under the waves of pure mammalian blood.

Gloriam Imperium Lucis.
What use does a great mammalian race like the Athanatos have for Aurolians or Rakik, filthy xenos that are inferior to even the humblest citizen of the Great Empire? Better that they all burn, and their planets be colonized by pure-blooded Athanatos.

Gloriam Imperium Lucis.

(If this national posturing is bothering anyone, I'm on the waiting list and therefore have nothing better to do than comment and suggest. I need something to drive out the monotony. I don't mean to rub my nation in your face, I'm just trying to have fun.)
Well, if the Rakik's first contact is with the Athanatos, a deadly first assault from the mammalian race would certainly occur, for there is no room for non-mammalian races in the Athanatos' galaxy. Then the insectoids' resources and industry would be appropriated for the Imperium. Gloriam Imperium Lucis.
Suggestions for other base bonuses for this stage IC:

Mechanoids still spend a point for Survey (because I think every base has to spend at least 1 point for every option), but use only 1 point for the Communicate option.

Mammalians do not need to spend an extra point sending a military escort for the Exploration option.

Insectoids use only 1 point for the Colonize option.

Reptilians use only 1 point for the Growth option.
Who's on the waiting list?
So, how many nations are going to be in the IC? How many are on the waiting list?
@Theodorable: Got it; edited my nation sheet just now.
Whew, finished my nation sheet! I guess I'll just stay on the waiting list until there's an opening IC. Then you guys are all screwed.

Gloriam Imperium Lucis.
I just figured if I'm coming in late to the game, I'm going to be the outside-context nation that shows up and screws over everyone else that isn't of the same species base as them.

@NacNak: Indeed, they could, GM-permitting. More soldiers for the army and more families to maintain its greatest resource: bodies to throw at the enemy.
