NPCs shall be played by me. I'll be updating this every once in awhile for important NPCs.
@Jig@LordInquisitor@Wade Wilson@Jig
It's made if anyone of you guys are interested.

Dear General,

In a world of heroes, of never ending marvels, there are villains. Those with greedy, and ill intentions that use their abiities, their talents for their own gain. But, evil never wins does it? So what do we do with these individuals? Do we lock them away for ever, only for them to make their escape, and return to their rampage? Do we simply execute them, and flush all their wasted potential down the drain? Or do we use that raw, untapped power to better the world?

Sir, that's what I'm proposing we do. My group has been tasked with the rehabilitation of these super-criminals. We can, and will make them serve the greater good, to serve their country. Now, of course our subjects have some suffer mental issues given their choosen lifestyle. So we can't expect them to do this out of th kindest of their hearts. So instead we force them to. We've developed nanobots, tiny bombs to be injected into their blood stream. With this they'll do what they do best, look out for their best interests.

With these super-villains under control we'll be able to do things normal black op teams cannot. All with plausible deniability. For your consideration, Project Rehab.

- Dr. Marcus Fisher
Project Director

Dear Director,

I, and a committee of several high ranking officials that would prefer to remain unamed have looked over your proposal. And we are very interested in what your program has to offer. We cannot rely on these so called Heroes forever, we cannot place the safety of our not only our country, but also the world. This Project Rehab of yours may prove to be the answer we've been looking for.

But, Dr. Fisher I feel inclined to inform you that we've been down similar roads before. We've had several Super Soldier programs as I'm sure you are aware of. None have been successful. Before I can give your group the green light I need assurance that this little experiment will actually work. I need dossiers on your staff, and planned test subjects. And I will be assigning a Supervising Agent to the team of course.

I look forward to our future dealings together.

- General Thomas Howard

Dear General,

I am pleased we can come to an agreement. Rest assured sir, we have thoroughly tested the nanobots, and they will work. I'm told that they are ready for implantation at any time. I've personally selected several prime candidates in mind for our project. I will sent their dossiers, and my staff's as well. I assure you I believe whole heartedly in this program, and I will provide your offices with anything you require.

I'm sure any agent you choose to assign to us will work out. As I said before, we are willing to do anything, and everything to accommodate your needs. We will need more personnel, and facilities of course. But I believe we can work something out.

- Dr. Marcus Fisher
Project Director

Dear Director,

Yes your offices have been most forthcoming with the information we need. That is something that I appreciate. I have looked over the information you have sent over, and some of these subjects you have chosen does give me some concern. But so long as your nanobots do there job this shouldn't be an issue.

I am offically giving Project Rehab the green light. You will have the full backing of the U.S government, and all the funding you'll need. I will look for you an agent that I feel is qualified to handle this taskforce. In the meantime I will allow you to get them prepared with whatever means you see fit.

Here's to a long, and fruitful partnership Doctor.

- General Thomas Howard

  • Hello gentle RPers, I'm CutUp. I'm pretty new to this site, and this is my first RP here.
  • This is based heavily on the Suicide Squad series if you couldn't tell.
  • You guys know the basic rules, no godmodding, meta playing, blah, blah, blah.
  • This RP will be dealing with violence, fighting, and all that good stuff that makes us psychos. If you can't handle that then this isn't the RP for you.
  • If you have any questions, suggestions, or whatever feel free to send them my way. We all have room for improvement.
  • There is one role that is first come, first serve, and that's of the supervising agent assigned to the group.
  • Let's try to be active ok? At least post once a week. But you can talk to me if that's a problem, I swear I won't bite. Not unless you're into that.
  • Also I don't know the site's policy on Face CLaims, I'm assuming you guys know what that is, I used them a lot on another site I was on. And I'm totally ok with you using one so long as it's of a real person, and you label who it is somewhere on your sheet.
  • Alright, let's have some fun. Good RPing people!

I'd be interested. The Mandalorians have always been one of my favorite Star Wars cultures, right next to the Yuuzhan Vong. Don't know what that says about me that I like relentless warrior people.
Oh. My. Enkindler. I'm new to the site, so please tell me you're still open for others. Please. Please. I might esplode.
<Snipped quote by CutUp>

I'll start when we've got a healthy balance of guards, thugs, normal - upper class citizens and Chosen Ones. I don't like one sided roleplays, really.

Ok, cool. I was just wondering.
Hey, just for curiousity's sake do you have an idea when we might start? I'm just wondering.

Hello, hello, hello! So yeah, it's basically a Suicide Squad rp. Cept it not based in the DC universe. No, the way I thought of it, it's more closer to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In where it's more Sci-Fi, with some lighter notes of Fantasy. Hope that makes sense.

For the plot I was thinking that the US government has green lighted the project, and has assigned a young rookie agent to supervise the team. Anyways I'm not sure if I'll make it or not. Let me know if you'd be interested in it, and want to unleash your inner psycho.
Alright here's my character! Hope he's ok.

Tygen wasn't born of the noblest of beginnings. His mother was...well in pelite terms she was a lady of the night, and his father a client of hers. So needless to say he never knew his father growing up. But that never really mattered to him growing up. Despite her line of work, his mother was all the family he needed. But then it happened, his mother contracted the plague.

It was a difficult time for him, he was forced to take care of his mother, and buy her medicine, even though he knew it was a fruitless effort, he still had to try. But there are very few good paying jobs in the slums, so he ended up having to steal so he could keep her alive. He stole only enough for her medicine, and only from those who could afford it. But eventually it all proved for not as his mother began to worsen. She desperately pleaded with him to kill her before she turned into a Weeper, before she became a monster. And he had no choice but to carry out her wishes.

So now he's focused on bettering the lives of the victims of the plague, of their families. He does so by stealing the nobles blind, those who refuse to do something about the plague.
