Yeah nullifying magic is quite impressive, almost OP seeing as most people use magic in this rp. Which means thats he has the advantage over pretty much everyone. Not to mention his enhanced physical attributes will give him the advantage over the people he has nullified.

Tony looked briefly at Charlie and replied curtly, "sup." He jumped on his bed and snapped his fingers, his luggage began unpacking itself and putting itself away. Hart pulled out his spellbook and began studying the newest spell he was trying to learn. It was a barrier spell, that could come in handy in a fight for sure. Hart studied intently, good thing he was so smart, he could learn twice as fast. Which was probably why he was so strong. If he had normal intelligence, there would be no way he could have learned the spells that he did. If he had never learned those spells, he never would have become a council member in the first place. He owed his success to his extraordinary brain.
I once again changed Tony's powers, I turned him into a Mage. So I'm going to say that he was able to utilize super speed temporarily by enchanting himself. I felt like super strength and speed was too boring and generic.
Tony would by Kisame just 'cause.... Well because Kisame is a straight beast. :P
I like the idea of pairing up the council like the Akatsuki! Maybe it this year team battles could be introduced? Like 2v2? I might make another character because I like the idea of more people who aren't on the council.
Tony is #5 on the council already....
Tony internally groaned when he heard who he was rooming with. He had heard that one of them was a notorious pranker, so he was bound to be annoying. Hart would enjoy serving him a beating if the guy did anythin too out of hand. Tony wanted to get to pick his bed so he used his speed to get to his room quickly. The second he started running, everything around him slowed down to a snail's pace. He found his speed to be much more useful and deadly than his strength. Hart was moving so fast that everything seemed to be in slow motion. Tony arrived just in time to was Charlie put a Whoopi cushion under his pillow in slow motion. Hart decided to get some payback. In the blink of an eye he had switched the Whoopi cushion on his bed and put it on Charlie's bed. He then went out into the hallway and returned to normal speed. Tony walked into the room nonchalantly as if nothing had happened. "Sup roomie," he said briskly as he put his stuff on top of his bed.
Tony shrugged, "have fun I guess. Speaking of which, does anyone even like, attend actual classes in this school?" Hart also noticed Elza scoping people out, she looked ready to go. A fight between her and Marcus would have to be pretty interesting. Although he had no idea who she was, she looked like she knew what she was doing.

Tony raised and eyebrow, "a sparring match? Probably not the best idea just incase things get out of hand and we take this building down with us...." Hart searched his memory, trying to remember all of the council members' abilities. He didn't want to fight right n ow to be honest that would reveal too many things that he didn't want to be revealed at the moment.
