To be fair on Fox, the Equestrians are quite literally just MLP with star ships thrown in (And people from Xcom who've mutated into ponies xD). The Humans have a lot of influence from other sci fi sources (And an entire race. Abh anyone?) and the Collective is, culturally, the Combine if they were led by immoral Grays with the a Tau style doctrine spliced in, so we can hardly call him out on plagerism when this entire universe is filled with mismashed, rammed together nations.

Given that, I think keyguy is correct with the limit being power, and obviously there will be power limits on the chaos gods and their demons ((and we need some on other god like entities too, given what the latest incursion became) because else we're all doomed haha

Granted on the Loadouts, it does make it pretty unbalanced. But they're at least somewhat comparable and not say Rocker Launchers, Gravity Hammers, Energy Swords, Fuel Rods etc.The Ordance we were always in agreement, they broke the game and ruined the whole point of map design and mini-wars over a weapon.And I think we also seem to both agree that story was pretty lackluster.

Corustarian Landing force

After news of the shocking destruction of Military bases reaches the Ears of the Corustarian soldiers, their sympathy for the Prussian government drops dramatically. Previously, they had seen the union of Lance and Numburg as similar to the Union of the Isles, and as such had been willing to fight to protect it, but once the news came that the Prussian Government was willing to blow up it's own soldiers because they refused to change uniform... opinion changed quickly...
They declare something in a hope they will calm the situation down. They propose that a plebiscite will be organised out of the pocket of Corustaria's General (Knowing he might receive fame and glory for this, he wasn't too bothered about buying parchment) in order to give the peoples of the regions of the coast the choice between three options on the papers. 'Status Quo', which essentially states that the people wish to return to the way the Lance Empier was before, 'Prussian Unification', in favour of Prussia (expected to be low) and 'Regional Independence', which may result in minorities getting independence
They hope that this will appease both the Red Army in the region, who want the people to have a say, and the royalists who wish there to be a Status Quo situation, as well as races such as the Slavs who have been oppressed.
The referendum has not yet been officialised or started, they are instead waiting to see the peoples responses before deciding whether they should go ahead with it

The new world

The Fleet arrived and split in two, taking 1000 regulars and recruits to North Point and a thousand regulars and recruits to Victoria. A single galley sails south to the Numburg colony. They then proceed to inform the Colonies of the merger and the situation at home, offering all the people free passage to their homelands so that they can decide upon the future of their nation.

Homelands

The Spies within the ranks of the Corustarian independence warriors are working to gain trust and move up the rank chain, while the military works to capture it's leaders and high ups where possible and place them on trial for treason.

AS the body drifted towards 'hell' (What a silly conception, arrogant beasts), the green faded from it's eyes and it died, being forced through the hole. Plague would not be stopped. Plague had many forms you see, true pestilence as the little ones knew it, but plague could also be viewed as calamity. And no, it would not be stopped by the beast races, it would crush the little ones. An alliance of the most powerful races of the universe had failed to do more than lock it in a box, it would not be trapped by beasts.
One could be plagued by many things. Sorrow, Hatred, Disease... and a nation could be plagued by War. He was not about to let the fiends of the beast-god win a fight with him. He was sure that the other races would be very intrigued to know of the Equestrian child slaughter.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend... although still my enemy" He hissed, and the Uber Aetherii took note as he turned slowly, then his eyes widened
"You're a myth" It said in disbelief, but the plague took form, a cloud of insects and shook it's 'head'
"I'm angry, that's what I am. I came back to destroy YOU and the beast god dare stop me." It muttered bitterly, approaching "Your childrens children were butchered, and they breathed in the stentch of their flesh." It's words became smoother, seductive and poisionous
"I thought as much." The Aetherii said, unfazed "But you will not tell the Triarii"
"No. You will. They are warping your work."
"What?" The Uber Aetherii's voice hardened, along with the features of his face under his headdress
"They want to create a new race, from your millennia of hard work they wish to clone their own. They think they will succeed within a matter of years... foolish beasts. None the less little one, they are playing with your work" The Plague smiled, it had him now. The Triarii shared Aetherii DNA, the Uber Aetherii was not about to let it slip "Ah, little one, you didn't know?"
"I thought they were wasting their time, they succeeded" The plagues eyes lit up suddenly, and the Aetherii paused, before nodding slowly. Plague was a backstabbing, rotten little carcass, but he was not their focus for now. He could be used to for a shaky alliance
"Of course, I have my terms for this information" The plague said with a grin "You are to release the siblings you are holding."
"After 50,000 years of imprisonment? The Darkness won't be seeing release any time soon." The Plague's expression hardened
"We'll see about that" he said, fading away as the insects seemed to vanish. The Uber Aetherii turned to the other two beside him
"Inform the Triarii that we are going to war." He said, and the others nodded grimly. "Nobody steals our work."

And inter weaved with the energies of space, plague laughed at his work...

Army recruitment drive: A recruitment drive has been launched, capped out at 3000 new soldiers. Of course, they expect that there won't be anywhere near this number due to the armies poor reputation. More funding is also being given to the army, and with it they are to buy better quality muskets, power and other such "tools of the trade" While they are not being given funding anywhere near the levels of the navy or marines, it is an improvement of what they had before.

Corustaria, Empress speech in an attempt to quell dissent

"Corustaria is not a country in the traditional sense. You cannot fear the possibility of a Lance-Numburg esque merger because it has already happened. Several hundred years ago, when our island nations united into one. A trade route, is not some kind of tether that will result in a merger. We, as a people, have already merged, and we are content with our way of life as our isle. Know that as long as I stand, as long as I breath, your will shall not be ignored, we shall not merge with a foreign power in the shamefully undemocratic and oppressive way Lance and Numburg has. No, as long as I live Corustaria shall be an independent nation! Based on your popular wish, all trade routes with Numburg and the Lance have been broken, and all trade slashed by more than 50%". She failed to mention that they had become inactive from the chaos anyway, and that since neither of the above nations existed anymore, even that didn't matter, of course "However, the method of stating this will that the extremists have used is simply unacceptable. Therefore, the laws on xenophobia are being tightened. Our people will not be mocked, our culture will not be mocked. Resulting law changes (Temporary, applied fir a maximum period of six months): Max sentence for xenophobic comments raised from 16 coin fine to 32 coin fine ((Average wage = 8 coins an hour.)). Max sentence for assault based on race, gender or creed: Raised from 8 years to 10 years. ((Assualt and battery raised from 8 years six months to 11 years))

Trade vessels stop movements with Numburg and the Lance, and overall trade decreases..

Military movements: 5000 Recruits and 5000 Regulars ship over to the territories of Prussia. Officially, it is being referred to as an invasion (hoping the more aggressive sounding name will help to calm the rebels who wouldn't bother to look any deeper), though its more of a peace keeping action.
A fleet (Two frigates, two Baruqes, three Galleys) is launched, heading to the new world. Aboard are 2000 Recruits and 2000 Regulars, along with supplementary supplies for the colonies and more colonists to help fill the claimed territories. The reason for this sudden deployment of soldiers is unknown, but many speculate upon it.
All remaining forces are deployed to the cities alongside the Watch to help maintain order. They are ordered not to fire their weapons unless it is "A matter of life or death". Distaste for the Lance Empire and Numburg is rising in parliament due to the problems their merger has caused, and while the peacekeeping action is passed (by just two votes), it is clear that they are expecting huge compensation for this.
All other ships currently stationed at the colonies are recalled

The Mighty Hammer

The case isn't even brought to court, but instead laughed off. The man is released, as technically he has not committed any crime. Grand Admiral Thorn congratulated him on coming up with such an elaborate scheme, and a few other, less prominent figures, have commented on it, most being positive. The mans name is quickly recorded and entered into the history books as the most money spent on a joke in recorded history

The colonists refuse to swear fealty, but are willing to pay compensation for having taken the lands as long as it is "reasonable". They bring forward the chest of coin and their lead begins to count it out into bags, expecting he'll have to fork out to the natives before long. It wasn't that bad, they'd brought some wines they'd be pleased to offer them too

Empowered company and government "landgrab" project

The Government has encouraged the company to buy up land and structures while they are cheap due to the unrest in Prussia, ensuring that once Prussia is rebuilt, or if the two nations split, the empowered company will have a significant grasp. Likewise, a government fund of 2 billion had been used in an attempt to purchase land cheap from some of the more restless regions of the Lance Empire (Preferably along the north coast) Whether this will be successful or not is yet to be seen, but they are confident that people (including possible nobles) will be quick to sell at cheap prices move away to more stable parts of the Lance Empire, hopefully Corustaria legal ownership of large amounts of Lance Empire Lands. What they intend to do with these lands isn't clear.
