Riders and Emissaries

The Rider in Skyrim has arrived at Castle Dawnguard and is to meet with the Nord Gunmar to acquire the knowledge required on the taming of trolls and bring it back to Cyrodiil. Once he knowledge is acquired, he is to depart from the south at once
The Rider in Valenwood has delivered the letter from the Emperor to the First legion, who are to begin enacting their new orders at once, and the rider has began his ride back to the Imperial City to inform the Emperor of the news
An Emissary, an Nord Tribune by the Name of Agnar has began his Journey by carriage to Orsinium in the North in order to meet regarding the agreements at the Summit

Governor Militant

"An invasion of the south, simply put." The Governor militant said, nodding to Ab'Farahn as he rolled his map up and handed it to his officer "I must ready my forces, word came from the front this morning that Torval was taken, we shall take Senchal next, then it will just be a case of mopping up" He turned and walked out of the tent, yelling to his forces to pack up camp and prepare to move. Suddenly the army was scurrying around to take apart the campsite and prepare for a march south. He turned back to Ab'Farahn "The South is ready to crumble, and soon Elsweyr will be united once more. Amnesty shall of course be offered to any rebels who wish to lay down their arms"

Force Movements

The Governor Militants forces have begun moving into the south of Elsweyr from the North, the Governor militant aims to split his force to reinforce Torval and Corinthe
The 1st Legion has begun to move across Valenwood once more, towards the South of Elsweyr
The Guardsmen of Leyawiin who were originally to head to Corinthe have instead taken control of the villages near the Cyrodiil-Elsweyr border.

Amnesty:
An official announcement has been made offering amnesty to any active southern rebels who wish to lay down their arms and return to their former lives. This offer is not extended to any imprisoned rebels, who will of course have to appear in court of law
Hurray, then we can get back to Rping!
In an alleyway between Fremont Avenue and Stevens Street

Archer saw the eight grunts charging towards his pod and obliterating it, and he quickly pulled his head back in and out of sight. He heard the noise of an Elite around the corner, apparently trying to get control over his aggressive grunt pack... Aggressive was right, a second slower and he'd have been joining Truman on the KIA list. He paused for a moment, thinking of his next move. The map showed there had been a second group of covenant, three of them, along Posement avenue. If he fell back down this alley or tried to hold his position here, they might come up and flank him. Stevens street was just up above the alley where his pod had landed, and if he recalled correctly the map had displayed it as being clean of covies.
How far away was his pod from here? A few meters down the alley, the grunts must be a few meters more. Might be able to hit them with a grenade, if not it would still provide cover. He had to get to Stevens street, he couldn't risk being caught between two covenant forces, especially since the numbers seemed to be off with the first group. The group further down Posement Avenue might consist of god knows how many Elites. He took a fragmentation grenade from his utility belt and pulled the pin on it, before tossing it blindly into the alley. He heard it ping off the ground, once... He slung his DMR and quickly pulled his his SMG, checking the safety was off... twice... he steeled himself, setting his eyes on the goal ahead... Bang.
He didn't wait even a second, as soon as the explosion set off, he sprinted for the far side of the alley, keeping his head down to avoid plasma fire and firing five four shot bursts from his SMG into the settling dust of the grenade's explosion, hoping to suppress the covenant forces. Plasma flew past him and overhead in bolts of green and blue, purple crystals pierced the dust and came flying past him... he could feel the heat from the passing plasma as he dashed, doing his best to avoid the incoming fire. He came out near the top of the alley and took cover behind the wall. It was only now he realised he'd been holding his breath, and he let it out, exhaling sharply. He should have just darted up the alley as soon as he came out the pod, he'd almost fucked himself over then.
He took the clip from his SMG and placed it in securely in case he ran out of magazines later, the loaded another clip into the bottom of the SMG locking it into place. He didn't want to run out of shots if that Elite came around the corner, he'd seen what they could do to a man and if it's shields were still up he'd be fucked.
He bit his bottom lip and listened out as he turned to the side to face the entrance to the alley and trained his weapon, ready to open fire on anything should it come around the corner.
So uh, about that update... xD
Has anyone else noticed we have this sitting in the middle of the Summit? (Nord Thoughts on South’s statement)

Anyways, as for what you were planning on the island, unless it was some military trap (which might just have been fucked by the arrival of the Maormer anyway) then he probably doesn't care that you were doing something, unless you are able to turn whatever you were doing against him.
((Saying that you completely obliterate someone else's forces, particularly when it seems they have only got a single ship, is pretty unfair and powergamy, it'll look sloppy if he has a plan to get out of this and you say you obliterate it, only for him to enact a plan and make that line irrelevant))

Trandoshans

The Nuclear fallout angers the Collective, as they are afraid it may contaminate their prize. As a result, the majority of the fleet turns it's attention to the nuclear launch sites, while the Hastati ships jump onto the planet and use their point laser defenses in an attempt to bring down the nuclear defenses. The Evocatus One has fired it's energy projector on low power at one of the cities in an awesome, beautiful and terrifying show of force and the city seethes.
The Trandoshans stealth tactics do not appear to be meeting much success, and it seems that squads with Triarian officers or overseers leading them pick out where the enemies are, even in situations it might seem impossible, and act accordingly. Scanners have also been deployed, the little hovering mechs scouring the planet for enemy forces and spotting them for bombardment.
Reaper drones are deployed to collect resources and people, beaming them back to the assembly walker for usage. Defilers are also deployed alongside Triarian forces on the planet, seeking out the resistance elements and firing their mutagenic weaponry on them. Hunters, while already on the planet, have now changed to their search and destroy directive, hunting out enemy forces

Riders

As one Imperial agent rode his horse across the border, riding deeper into Skyrim through the pass, heading toward Castle Dawnguard, his comrade on the other side of Tamriel rode into Valenwood, with the purpose on delivering a message to Legate Barus concerning his newest orders. Likewise, a rider to Bruma ensured that an Emissary was ready for a visit to Orsinium...

Leyawiin

The Count gathered together the force he had within the city and informed them of the situation. They reinforced the borders with Elsweyr, and strengthened their city fortifications, as well as sending in a small contingent of 100 Guardsmen, whose purpose is to reinforce the current Garrison of the City of Corinthe to assist in peacekeeping. It may not be much, but he had no doubt it would be enough, while the fighters guild has been hired to harass the souths supply lines and defeat their patrols.
hehe, I wonder what Lydiah will think once it learns that the Lance Colonies have become Corustarian and the Lance Colonial plans have just been buried xD
Huzzah, lets see some inventions pop up! I'm interested to see what my great men trait will net me :)
Out at sea

The captain looked out over the sea's, watching for any sign of the pirates. They small group of ships had been ordered out to Torval several days ago, and the Captain had heard of troubles in this region of the waters... Ships disappearing and the like... He had kept the men alert and vigilant, but none of them were too worried. Many didn't think that anyone, other than perhaps the Thalmor, would risk attacking the Empire. The captain wasn't so sure, the sea's could be a dangerous place, but the best he could do was keep both eyes opened...

Imperial city

The emperor looked over the agreements from the summit, taking the wax seal and burning it on to the bottom of each one, before scribbling in parchment and handing it out to the various waiting messengers. An emmisary was to prepare for a visit to Orsinium... And they were to acquire information on troll taking from the north... An alliance had been brokered and a peace made... Trade deals... The councillor had been busy for sure, and from what he knew the summit wasn't completed yet...
