Embassy

"Terms are acceptable" Came the blunt reply
XD no worries, we'll all know to skip over them

Jamaica and the Bahamas are still not coloured. Falklands off the coast of Argentina are also not coloured, as are the islands further out (Its one of the South Georgia and Sandwich islands) Missing Burma (I believe that was still British in 1945). Fiji is uncoloured too, as are a few other scattered islands. Wasn't Kuwait also British?

Still, much better this time around...
"One: Reject: Respective nation meaning embassy holder or planet controller? Explain lack of rule of law?
Two: No comment required
Three: Already known, do you accept them being allocated points off their work?
Embassy available for Equestrians on Lupus."
Yes, but even if it was the British Empire alone I stated it had 1945 holdings, so it would still be missing a lot, particularly Africa. I noticed the Falklands were not marked as British either. I can provide a map for reference...

Also, I just realised that when I was looking at the map you made, can't believe I missed it when I read your app xD

Looks like its good old argument time IC xD
Uh... I appear to be missing a lot of land..
A United Empire

"God save our gracious king
Long live our noble king
God save the king

Send him victorious
Happy and glorious
Long to reign over us
God save the king

O Lord, our God arise
Scatter his enemies
And make them fall

Confound their politics
Frustrate their knavish tricks
On Thee our hopes we fix
God save the king

Thy choicest gifts in store
On him be pleased to pour
Long may he reign

May he defend our laws
And ever give us cause
To sing with heart and voice
God save the king

Not in this land alone
But be God's mercies known
From shore to shore

Lord make the nations see
That men should brothers b
And form one family
The wide world o'er

From every latent foe
From the assassins blow
God save the king

O'er him Thine arm extend
For Empire's sake defend
Our father, prince and friend
God save the king"

The anthem finished and King George smiled warmly. Two world wars, a depression and oppression, and the Empire still lived on, better than ever if one asked him and indeed, the people. The general elections had come and gone and the votes had been counted. It would have been sooner, but there had been delays... Clement Atlee took the paper and opened it, reading it aloud "The first election of the United Empire has chosen a new Imperial Prime Minister." The crowd fell silent, who would it be? Anyone could be in power, who had won the campaigns? There had been so many, so much talking and debate. "The majority party is the conservative party, placing Sir Winston Churchill as imperial prime minister!" A shock victory! It was thought the countries apart from the British would not have supported the conservatives, but the opposition had under estimated the conservatives. Not only had Winston Churchill still got considerable support for his part in the war, particularly in the predominantly non-white nations of the UE who were well aware of what their fate would have been under the Nazi's, but he had asserted many policies that he thought would fix the damaged economy of the Empire. The war had ended five years ago, and the UE was keen to build its economy back up and turn its self into an industrial powerhouse, a shining beacon for the world. This would require heavy investment, of course, and would by no means be a simple click if the fingers... But it was a start. George stood from his seat, ready to appoint the new prime minister to power

First actions of the Prime Minister

The new prime minister has congratulated the UEAS President on taking a hard line with the Nazi's, stating "We would fight them on the beaches, we would fight them in the street, but we would never surrender to arms. We thought the same of our allies, and today you have proven it." however, he proceeded to comment of the UEAS occupation of Germany, and how it was ironic that the UEAS rejected facism yet treated Germany in a way one could say was oppressive. A bill has been drawn up for the UE parliament proposing the first of Churchills economic policies, it is currently being heard

UESP

Churchill space center had been named without the express consent of Churchill or even the government, Timish had wanted to use a name that was inspiring, and who better than the famous war leader? Now he had been elected, his space program had garnered some fame by association. After recent UEAS successes, public interest was piqued a little, and Timish noted there was a small increase in the calls for higher funding for the UESP... If he could make his own success, then maybe he would receive more funding

And so it was, with the parts his program had, that he would launch the first UESP mission.

They began to build a rocket propulsion laboratory, and began to assemble the first rocket: Imperial One . It's details are currently being kept secret to the public. Timish himself is secretly hoping that NASA will make its findings public, saving him the trouble of having to send a probe up to acquire the data himself now that someone else has beat him to the punch
Just a question for partsproduction, would I have to build a factory for fins, a factory for winglets AND a factory for decouplers seperately, or if I built one would it allow me to choose which part I want it to make each turn? If not, how am I meant to acquire more parts? This has confused me xD

Imperial shit

"Alert, ship will detonate!"
"Move to the bridge, capture their Fleet Master. Ship cannot be taken intact without her. We must either use her to take the ship or extract her for questioning"
"Affirmed!"
The teams rushed towards the bridge of the ship, rising up to the top and bursting in. They opened fire and the bridge security detail traded fire with the Collective forces, who pushed forwards, relying on brute strength. They managed to wiped out the bridge security and most of its crew quickly, and one of them seized the imperial admiral by the neck, raising her of the ground and breaking both her arms with his free hand. The forces gathered around her.
"Order her to disable the ships self destruct..."
"No time to force her to comply, we must extract"
"Affirmed" one of the officers said, looking to the wall "I shall regulate her pressure, attach auxiliary air supply port to her" he ordered, and the Saeva Simius holding her did so, forcing the tube into her mouth and then holding her jaw shut with a single hand. The other soldiers turned towards the wall, and the officers eyes glowed
"Regulated" he reported, and the soldiers raised their dark energy weapons... And fired, breaking their way through the ships wall. The atmosphere vented and they were pulled out into space, shot away from the ship quickly... The ship exploded as its self destruct activated, and they were caught by the edge of the blast and forced further away
"Parameter failed, imperial fleet master secured..." one of them reported, and the drop ship swooped by, opening and allowing them to board it. The second officer ensured they were all guided to it by telekinesis. Inside the cramped dropship, they jumped out of system to rendezvous with the main force. At least they had a prisoner to interrogate, maybe they could learn more about the imperials from her...

(Note: this represents a work in progress. In particular, the history of the UESP requires finishing.)

=Nation App=
Name (The nation must either exist, or an explanation for why it exists): The United Empire of [Territory names in alphabetical order] AKA the British Empire and Commonwealth AKA The British Empire AKA the British Commonwealth AKA the United Empire (All the above can be used, though the official and politically correct name is the United Empire)
History (At very, absolute least two paragraphs, exceptions can be made if little history was changed and the nation is well-known): At the end of WW2, Britain demanded huge sums of money to pay off its debt to the US. When Germany was unable to cough up, the British Empire had a problem. Luckily, a solution presented its self. A horde of so called "Nazi Gold" was uncovered by a group of British soldiers as they patrolled Germany. A nazi leader, Martin Bormann, was caught attempting to flee Germany by boat, with him were tonnes of the Nazi Gold. While not enough to cover the debt with the US, it certainly helped. With this money, Britain was able to sustain its Empire for longer, and unlike in our own universe did not grant independence for India.
They did not have enough to cover their debts to the US, although they had been able to pay off a fair chunk of it. The British needed another miracle... And that's exactly what happened: The Americans annexed all of Germany.... In response, the British have dropped all debts to the US in protest to the "Anti-Democratic principles of a country that supposedly supports self determination" and "The particularly uncaring way the other European powers have been treated, despite the French and the USSR being the most important of the allied nations in the war effort and the US arguably having little effect on the overall outcome of the war" The British have been pushing for the suspension of the US from the UN, stating that they have violated what the UN stands for. US-UK relations are apparently in tatters, while the British seem to be strengthening ties with the French. Some Americans fear that the British will side with the USSR and convince the French to do the same, which would surround the German states on all sides and might result in nuclear weapons being placed in the British Caribbean.

The British Empire has stated to the NUJ that their leaders are accused of being war criminals, and refuses to recognise their claim to Japan, though has not made action against them and seemingly won't do unless action is made against the British or their allies.
The British Empire is known to hold nuclear weapons, and runs its own minor space program. The British Empire and their commonwealth (Most notably Australia and Canada, and excluding Ireland who left the Commonwealth in protest of the merger) are, as of 1948, in one political union, the United Empire of [All territories in alphabetical order]... Which is a nightmare for anyone to say. As a result, most have taken to referring to it simply as "The British Empire" or "The United Empire", the later of which is considered more politically correct but the former is still used out of habit by some, similar to how the UEAS is sometimes still referred to as America
The first act of the UE parliament was to amend the acts of union into the acts of union 1948, which officially united the commonwealth and the Empire once more. The second act was to grant extensive devolution to all countries within it, giving each their own assembly/parliament and giving them an extensive range of powers, referred to in propaganda as being "The best of both worlds! Liberty and Empire!" This was intended to cull independence calls. Its third act was to allow all people from the UE to stand for the UE parliament... Making it one of the most liberal, democratic and equal countries in the world. Time will tell whether these acts will be successful in their intended goals, though opinion polls show a growing support among the people as they are granted more democracy and rights. India in particular is receiving a lot of focus in these polls, as it nearly received independence in 1947. As a result, the acts were mostly tailored to suit India, though other countries were considered.
The NHS has been founded, and is slowly setting up throughout the united empire. Public education is also available throughout the Empire and though there is a clear disparity between the standards of living, the UE is doing its best to settle this, though it has left its space program under funded as a result.
Given its dedication to its people and democracy it would seem to be a logical ally for the UEAS, but unless the wounds from the Germany incident are dealt with it is unlikely the two will grow close. The Special Relationship Churchill spoke of certainly seems to have become a laughing stock as a result of the UEAS actions.
The UE calls its self a "Modern Empire", and bases its self around these principles. It is apparently an empire "[which] has the support of the people and continues to exist by the will of the people"
Leader (It can be the real leader of the nation at the time, or someone else):
Head of state: King George VI, monarch of the United Empire
Current Imperial Prime Minister Clement Atlee (Upcoming General Election... Candidates comes from every territory in the united Empire)
Space Involvement (A simple yes/no question. This will determine if your nation has a government space program. If yes, you must also make a Space Agency app): Yes; the United Empire Space Program, though it is under funded
Other (Anything not listed, go as in depth as you want with this, or just make a suggestion): Consists of all territories that were part of the British Empire and Commonwealth of nations circa 1945 excluding The Republic of Ireland. Like the French, it is currently lagging behind the US and USSR, and many have already commited it to the scrap heap of history as a collapsing European empire... But that may be a mistake. If its radical political reform remains stable and it is able to continue down its current course of fixing its actions, it is possible the British may bounce back... And potentially be an extremely powerful ally.
=Space Program App=
Name (Can be anything, as long as it makes sense. Historical agencies are completely welcome): The United Empire Space Program (UESP)
History (Two paragraphs bare minimum. Who founded it, how it got started, etc. No exceptions from this one. If it is a historical program, use the real history or explain why it is different): The UESP was quite literally just started, with a grand history of just over one year to its name...
Founded by Dr Timish in 1949, it is intended to "Bring the Empire to a new frontier".
While its young, it has made some progress, however at the current time funding for the program is low and some great minds are being limited by a lack of material wealth
Timish originally made his fortune making rockets, and studied nazi missiles to expand hid knowledge base.
HQ Location (You can choose a real world or fictional site): Churchill Launch Site, Scottish Highlands
Head of Program (Again, can be someone who really existed or a fictional character): Dr Wallace Timish
Organizational Structure (Government Agency or Corporation. This will decide where you get your funding, how important the board is, etc. To be a Government Agency, you must be based in an unclaimed nation, have claimed the nation you are based in, or have an agreement with whoever claimed the nation you are based in): Government Agency
Other (Same as the Nation App):
