Imperial Admiral

"Unknown poison."
"Affirmative, biokinesis would require poison confirmation." The Officer stated
"No time, move to extract brain." The Overseer ordered, and Saeva Simius turned the body of the admiral over as the Triarian approached with a dull metal device, and place it to the back of her head. Immediately it sprung to life, and the bottom rotated as two think laser cutters burnt their way through. It paused and there was a small metal "hand" which came out, reaching under her brain and surgically removing the brainstem from the spinal cord. Then there was a think and the brain ended up inside the glass, submerged in a liquid. Two wires moved out and "plugged" into her brain, and power coursed through it.
"Her mind is ruined. We were too slow, the information we need is gone."
"Give her a nightmare." The Triarian tapped a few commands on the holographic commands that emitted from the side of the device. This small device kept the brain of organisms submerged in fluids that provided nutrients and breathable gases and passed electrical signals through the brain. Since everything most organisms sense is electrical signals interpreted by the brain, this meant that the individual was receiving information as if they were still alive. The brain had no way of distinguishing, and thus the Imperial Admiral was now trapped in a world of the Officers design. Given how fast the poison had worked... She was mentally handicapped AND trapped in that world.
It was cruel, to say the least.
"Contact Chaos."

Message to Chaos
"A situation has arisen, the imperial admiral has been semi successful in suicide through the usage of a fast acting poison. We have her brain alive but meentally impaired and her body is currently deceased. In addition, as we can no longer gain access to imperial drive technology, we require another way to access the Imperial universes. Would this be possible through your Warp?"
-Members of Gendarmerie Internationale Inc. and Sovereign Security Solutions, both of which are private military contractor companies that threw their lot in with the Sons of Liberty after lengthy negotiations between the three groups. Both of these groups provide tactical and strategic expertise from combat around the globe during the third world war and the interim bush wars between feuding states and factions. They also have their own skilled combat and support personnel, most of which are military veterans. Their cutting-edge materiel, such as assault mechs and aircraft, have seen significant wear and tear during armed operations against the Empire, but they're still a potent arm of the Sons and are able to finance and supply the rest of the organization due to their status as multinational corporations

As for getting in with a closed borders policy, closing your borders closes legal entry. For anyone entering illegally what does it do? Nothing, its based entirely on the honour system in that case.
For a point, in both world wars, when borders were obviously closed and everyone was shitting themselves over the walls having ears and running around looking for spies, both the allies and the axis managed to place agents in the opposing countries. This is not star empires where one has to land on the planet and risk being shot down by space ships, getting a single person into a country, even in the modern days, isn't actually all that difficult...
Yugoslavia

That is unacceptable. You will withdraw from all nations which you have invaded. This is an Ultimatum, it is not open to negotiation.

The agent wasn't easy to find, that was for sure. Operating in a foreign country and looking fir allies to destabilize that country generally forced one to be very careful and cover their tracks well. When they did locate him, it was a bit of a surprise to him, though being based in the city the resistance group likely knew the right people. Clearly he hadn't bee covering his tracks as well as he thought, which aroused his nerves. If the resistance could find him, the Reich might discover him as well... He would let them approach first, just to be sure of their identity... It would be a cock up if he turned around and admitted it to the secret police...

Ceres Independence

"The United Commonwealth of Nations, (from here on referred to as The Commonwealth) would like to strike an accord offering access to its extensive space programs and accepts trade. The Commonwealth is an economic and military super power, composed of such notable powers as India and the United Kingdom. In addition, it possesses multiple colonies on the moon and mars, with five military space stations and multiple civilian satellites. It has access to some of Earths most advanced warefare and civic technologies, thanks in no small part to the large and well funded scientific center. It has no shortage of resources and industry, thanks to its extensive member nations and its massive work force."

A secret proposal to Gendarmerie Internationale,

Of course, sending a phone call and asking to be put through ti as high up as you can go might not be the best way to keep a secret proposal a secret, but the Yugoslavian forces aren't going to wait politely for the Commonwealth to say 'Alright, I'm ready'.
"The Commonwealth has need of your assistance in dealing with the Yugoslavian invasion of Egpty, Portugal and Italy. The situation is to delicate for our forces to intervene with directly, we need someone who has no affiliation with the Commonwealth, someone who will be able to keep any agreement we reach a secret. The Commonwealth is willing to throw a money at the problem, name your price."
Oh... And there are nations with off world holdings already so you're not the only ones :p

Their own. It'd be very expensive to ship someone else's weapons and ammunition into orbit, and there isn't any guarantee that they'd hold up in a zero-gravity environment. They're designed more with firing shots off than any real power; anything that's in space right now wouldn't be exactly armored, especially a space ship. All it'd take is one railgun round to tear through a shuttle.Note that anyone who helps the Ceres Independence would have to be in for a long-term investment. At first, the Ceres Independence would be a put of a guzzler; they'll need more advanced electronics from Earth before they can start producing their own in their own factories, which would still be a ways away. I'm making it so that America doesn't have much of a chance of keeping the Ceres Independence with them, whoever the Americans are now. All the changes were lost on the Ceres, which is quite remote, so I must dutifully be lost with what's gone on as well. :3

Uh... Given that America is now an Empire, they are probably more interested in invading you than partnership with you... I'm guessing since the Ceres is now technically a foreign nation which they likely view as part of their own, and given their whole "North America must be one nation!" they have possibly nationalised any assets in North America

The Triarian ships finished setting up the automated defences, and the cargo ships drifted forwards... Slowly, their cargo bays opened and out flowed dozens of strange mines per ship, filling the system with thousands of mines. These mines were one of the latest pieces of Collective military warfare, acting off a principle that space needed a different kind of mine field, these mines were each small automated bombs that would move towards large enemy ships and destroy them. Coupled with the automated defences, it was thought they would cripple the Imperial fleet, the Triarian fleet, with the exception of the main Triarian ship, a large Praetorian, which held Ironclaw on board.

On board

The Equestrians were met by a mass of security, and the Fleet master took the small circular device "State Equestrian battle plan." He nodded to two Synth Soldiers, who closed up the rear behind them
Sazkarjhit intrusion: Diagnose, Zero, Administer... UPDATING CODES: Prosecute, Zero, Confirm

There was a full 5 seconds pause, before a response was given
"Attention, please. You failed to provide documents from this sectors Civilis Protectione Sectorial Commander or appropriate higher authority. Result: Sazkarjhit ships are in Collective space illegally. Enter plea." The two ships began to circle, one on the opposite end to the other, around the Sazkarhit fleet, clearly not encouraged by their foes numerical advantage...

"Granted, one guard"

Chaos message

You shall have her when we are finished, we have already stated this.

Ship signatures detected in Sector Grey 2

Two Civilis Protectione ships dispatched to investigate...

Ships identified as Sazkarjhit vessels

Moving in to question...

Imperial Admiral

The Triarian Officer knelt down as the Saeva Simius forced her to her knee's "We can do this in one of two ways. You can tell me everything I want willingly and you will be treated with charity and kindness, or I can tear apart your mind to find the information I need, and then toss you to the warp of chaos. Now, I don't think you want the latter, do you?" He said simply, the Saeva Simius behind him gave a small grunt
