I think Walkers and Energy Projectors are going to get a lot more useful now these seeders are around

That is, if the Collective doesn't decide it would rather try and control them xD
It did originally, but there was a weapons test and now its a molten ball
A new advancement in the area of Dark Energy Reactor technology has been made, making the Dark Energy Assault rifles easier to mass produce. As a result, they are now used widely by the Synth Soldiers and new dark energy weapon has been derived from this. With Hardlight rifles now being used as Designated Marksman weapons and Sniper rifles, this is widely considered the end of the plasma era. This is a somewhat deceptive label, as while Ground Combat has mostly replaced plasma, space combat still makes heavy use of plasma weapons. Regardless, it's dominance is considered to be over. On top of this, the Triarii have succeeded in creating a rapid fire hardlight weapon. As a result, this has replaced some weaponry that Plasma once had dominence in, such as heavy machine guns
I don't see what being weak has to do with him not being allowed to make technologies, if we're going to say 'You can't do that' and use that he's weak as an excuse, how's he going to ever become anything other than weak? xD
The Draconians, as they existed, are extinct, save for a few individuals from what I know. From their DNA, the Collective created an altered version of them. Through he methods the Collective uses to control them, they are not the same mentally as the original draconians. They have the bodies of the Draconians, but their memories and thus personality are fabricated by the Collective

As for how they were destroyed, two of the Nations from the milky way already controlled parts of other galaxies, The Draconian home galaxy had been completely obliterated by an unknown alien species and the Draconians themselves were spread thin fighting off other aggressors etc.

As for a summary

A lot of reading.

Oh, some of that might be outdated, I do need to go through it and sort some of it out

Edit: Would those seeds work on the Triarii worlds? (Tempreture in excess to 400C at the lowest and going up to 700C)
Would the 'warp tracking' work on the Triarian method of jumping between systems, since they exit this universe and travel through another?
Would the foreign particle effect creatures that don't breath? (True Synths under the Collective don't perform respiration)
There are more questions I'll have to ask when I come up with them lol
Crassus turned away from the monitors he had been examining and looked towards the volunteer that the Equiis doctors had implanted with the device he had created. He had implanted the new device into two of them, and one of them had died already... Tragic, but expected for a first attempt. The tuning on the device had been wrong, he had tweaked it for the second subject and it appeared to be working. He approached the, his eyes lighting bright orange as he examined the energy flow. The Anaesthetic had worn off now, all that was required was for the subject to awake. His eyes intensity increased, and the Asari awoke as the energy flow through her brain was changed at Crassus command
"Apologies for abruptly waking you, it is required that we check the energy flow now." Crassus said as his aide placed a single object, a small chunk of wood at the foot of the bed
"Project the field and change the mass of the object... make it float." The Umbrae Populus aide said, and the Asari sat up, nodding weakly. The Asari extended her arm, and there was a flow of bluish energy as the 'Eezo' nodules synchronised, projecting the field around the piece of wood, which hovered into the air as it's mass was changed. The Asari let it fall a moment later, and the Triarian Aides eyes lit up as the object floated into the air again as the Triarian examined it
"No permanent change" He reported "I would call this a success"
"The devices require improvements, the amplification is minor, I assume they could definitely affect heavier objects with the correct training and implementation" Crassus said, and the aide nodded in agreement. The suspended piece of wood burst into flames as the Triarian aide turned to Crassus
"Test two" The aide replied replied, as the ash from the burnt up wood fell to the floor, turning back to the Asari "Use the field to raise all the particles of ash at once" The Asari nodded again and once more the energy flowed around her from the Eezo nodules. The ash raised from the floor slowly, before hovering in the air. The Asari looked to the aide, who held a dish under the ash so that when the effect ended it would not dirty the floor
"The basics are completed then. I think with some improvements the device will be more useful than it is now." Crassus said, turning away from the Asari and moving back to the monitors, reviewing them

New Synths

Synth Sharpshooter
The Synth sharpshooter is a heavily augmented Aru'Shumi carnivores. It's natural features, when augmented, make it extremely accurate, their birdlike eyes perfect for sharpshooting. On top of this, they are fairly quick and strong, although not to the level of many other synths. They are armed with the Hardlight Rifle, making them extremely deadly and they fill the role of designated marksman.

Synth Skirmisher
The Synth Skirmisher is a heavily augmented Aru'Shumi Runner. It's natural features, when augmented, make it perfect for a fast attack unit, being quick and agile. They would be armed with a light plasma rifle as they dash around their enemies, leaping to heights and scouting out terrain. They fill the role of a scout and, along with the hunter, fast attack unit

Synth Guardian
The Synth Guardian is a heavily augmented Aru'Shumi Carnivore. It is the strongest of the three Aru'Shumi Synths, though they are not as strong as the Saeva Simius, and they are equipped with a handgun and a point defense gauntlet, which is a wrist mounted directional shield, large enough for them to hide behind. They are used for holding positions, creating phalanxes with their point defense gauntlets, and are often used to support Stalkers, guarding them from flanking enemies so that the Stalkers can snipe

Crab Synth: The Crab Synth has many spiked protrusions and various mechanical systems on its front and rear. It can charge at targets to do large amounts of impact damage due to it's size, crushing bones and damaging targets as it does. It is equipped with a heavy plasma machine gun which is stored under its belly when not in use, hidden behind a plate.

Mortar Synth: The Mortar Synth consists of a fleshy, triangular body with a mortar located on its back. Its front end features many spiked protrusions and various mechanical systems. Hovering low above the ground, it uses its mortar to hit far away targets, blowing up enemies before they can get close to the main forces. It acts as a sort of support unit, softening up enemy targets or supressing them while the main force moves into position

New Mech Unit
The Triarian let out a wide grin as he watched the newly designed tank. The Phasing Generator had taken a long time to create, but now it was working and the Phase Assault Platform was finally completed.

Phase Assault Platform: The Phase Assault Platform, sometimes refereed to as Phase Tanks are a half-saucer shaped craft with a single warp cannon mounted on the it's underside, and dual heavy plasma machine guns on each of it's 'wings'. On the top of the tank is what appears to be a lone optical sensor built into the vehicle's "head". Phase Assault Platforms are able to traverse almost any terrain and cross deep water with no difficulties as they are hovering. On top of this, Phase Assault Platforms are equipped with a phasing generator, which works in a similar way to the trans-dimensional drive, only instead of fully taking them to the other dimension it leaves them in a sort of limbo, half in this dimension and half in the other, allowing them to pass through solid objects (such as structures and even the ground) and rendering them immune to any sort of damage while the Phasing generator is active. They cannot, however, do any damage while phased as their weaponry is also between worlds and cannot be fired as a result. If they shut off their phasing generator while inside a solid object, the results are disasterous for both the object and the Phase Assault Platform. The Phasing Generator can remain active for periods of up to six hours at a time, after which it will shut it's self off, forcing the Phase Assault Platform back into this universe. The Phasing Generator takes a thirty seconds to activate, so it cannot be used to phase in and out to avoid enemy fire. The Phase Assault Platform is also able to hover up off the ground to reach high places, and it can rotate its 'wings' to enable it to act as an fighter air craft, soaring across the skies to assist in air combat.
Crassus took the newly fabricated device, a small implant designed to be placed into the base of the skull, interfacing with the brainstem. Crassus termed in the "Nodule Synchronisation device mark one" It worked by synchronising all the nodules through controlling the signals from the brain, thus meaning they reached the nodules at the correct time. This would allow the generation of the fields, which would raise or lower the mass of an object, allowing it to be manipulated in a fashion not dissimilar to the Psionic psychokinesis, only instead of manipulating energy to apply force this method manipulated mass, indirectly manipulating the movement rather than directly.
Now to imbed it into the volunteers and hope that they survive...
A Synchroniser implant

Crassus held up the toils of the design he had created, just needed to fabricate it now. It worked by changing the signals, allowing the nodules to be synchronised with more precision. If it worked the nodules would sync up and the field produced would be strong enough for practical use... if not... well, the implant could destroy their nervous system and result in their deaths, though it would likely require more fine tuning to the nervous system frequency
Eezo

Crassus had a plan. Crassus had a crazy plan
From what he could tell from the Asari biology, there were some form of nodules throughout the nervous system. These were presumably caused by this 'Eezo'... god he hated that term. These Nodules were essentially benign cancerous cells, which explained Eezo causing cancer. If the cancerous cells were benign then the individual would have these nodules, and given their location on the nervous system, they could be stimulated. In the Asari they were all synchronised in their usage, which meant they could produce these fields. Given the natural nervous system of the Asari, which was vastly different to the other species in both the collective and the Equiis pact, it would seem the others wouldn't achieve this... so he needed to sunchronise them...

New Units

Habitat Walker:
The towering Habitat Walker has four long, but bulky legs that it uses for movement and sports dozens of plasma cannons and hardlight turrets. It also has two massive warp cannons and sports a sort of low powered energy projector on it's main body. The walker contains many sophisticated teleporation systems, hallways, storage bays for synths and mechs, which are beamed down through it's teleporation system. The Walker's upper body is somewhat shaped like a lopsided hexagon.
The sheer size of the Walker allows it to destroy many buildings by simply stepping on them with its legs. The walker is also truly "all terrain", able to climb cliffs and mountains or wade through lakes and even be fully submerged. It's external armour is extremely thick, battle ship grade with shielding, making it hard to destroy with most grond based weapon. Rather, enemies should destroy its hardpoints to expose the walker's internal workings, then break the dark energy cores protective casing and from there destabalise the dark energy core through damage.

Assembly Walker:
Like the Habitat Walker, the Assembly Walker is a massive, quadrupedal walker armed with plasma cannons and a teleportion system. It is more than twice the size of the habitat walker, making it a gargantuan walker. The Walker's upper body features two large 'arms' that are covered in weaponry on either side of the main body and a giant teleport device on its back. The assembly walker has hundreds of plasma cannons and hardlight turrets. It sports four massive warp cannons on each arm, and has a newly designed armament, the Dark Engery Caster on it's main body. The Assembly walker acts as a sort of walking manufactorum, producing synths and mechs as it advances across the world, through supplies that are teleported to it en mass
Like the other large walkers, the Assembly Walker can crush almost anything in its path and traverse nearly any terrain, including cliffs. The sheer size of the Walker allows it to destroy many buildings by simply stepping on them with its legs. The walker is also truly "all terrain", able to climb cliffs and mountains or wade through lakes and even be fully submerged. It's external armour is extremely thick, even stronger than that of the habitat walker. Enemies should destroy its hardpoints to expose the walker's internal workings, and from there disable it's internal energy shielding, followed by it's internal protective casing then the dark energy core can be destabalised, causing a self destruction

Reaper Drones

The Reaper Drone is a mech that is essentially a mobile teleporter for breaking down materials (organic or not) and teleporting them to supply ships or assembly walkers. Each Reaper Drone possesses advanced artificial intelligence that allows it to distinguish between different materials and collect them in a prioritised order based on how easy they are to break down, how much of each resource is required etc. The Reaper Drone's teleporation beam works by breaking down an object and teleporting it away over short distances. They have a Heavy Plasma Machine Gun to help defend them, but often they simply use their beam to break down and teleport any enemies who attempt to attack them.
The Saeva Simius who had received docking instructions stood in surprise for a moment, before chuckling and turning to the dropship, tapping on the side and speaking to it in some alien tongue. The living, crablike dropship let out a strange, whining noise in response as the Collective proceeded to board, before flying down to the planet and landing proceeding to make a slowly noise as it went to 'sleep'
Crassus nodded to the members introducing themselves and responded with "A pleasure to make your acquaintance" before setting work work, his eyes glowing bright orange as he examined the volunteers. His aides eyes also glew orange as he read over the biological report, and the Umbrae Populus checked the equipment that was being brought in.
