I thought they were only descended from Alyeids, who were actually the ones to introduce magic, build white gold tower and pretty much stand above High Eld achievements. The Alyeids got overthrown by their human slaves too xD
Also, really no one has any business in Tamriel because the continent was only originally inhabited by Argonians and Kahjit, everyone else came from else where
And I don't think that's a compelling reason. Its like saying the Greeks are superior to everyone in the world because of ancient Greek achievements, or the Arab are superior for vast medical advancements, or the Chinese for being grand innovators in ancient times. If you like, Italy is superior for its construction achievements during the days of Rome, or the British, French and Spanish superior for bringing 'culture' to the 'savages'.
Certainly the past can be used for merit, but nobody can claim superiority based on it, especially when all races have achieved great prowess in particular fields. Imagine Nords believing themselves superior beca... Oh, wait... They do.

Guys...I...I secretly like the High Elves and the Thalmor in a sort of morbid way.

Dun dun duuuuuuun

The plot thickens...

I find them too inept, tbh. I thought they'd be really badass bad guys, but they turned out to just be pompous pricks thinking pointy ears makes them awesome. They go down really easily, they insulted me and I just pulled out my blade and started swinging. Real let down :( ik that its just silly game play issues like with the Dragons, but I started to wonder how anyone lost to them lol

Just because the high elves are not active, doesn't mean they are not dangerous. In fact, they're probably planning their next big scheme, which might just come into the later stages of our RP.

Not if my little scheme works out :P
Indeed, seems Valenwood grew away from them, Elsweyr rebelled and the Empire is basically turning a blind eye to activities banned by the White Gold Concordat. It's not going too well for them, is it? xD

Ok guys, here's the plan. I'm gonna take Akavir, since nobody want it, I'll be controlling an alliance of Akaviri nations. Orsinium is a minor city-state, and they'll mostly keep to themselves. Hammerfell, the closest state, can try to conquer them. But don't just expect to surrender willingly, they're isolationists at this point and have some pretty solid defenses. Summerset Isle will NPC controlled by myself and my co-GM Leidenschaft, since the Aldermeri Dominion is losing its control, the Thalmor's power is weakening. They'll have some internal struggles to deal with and will not play a huge role to start.

Sounds good >:D

we have the Dark Elves, and they're all fired up(by their volcano).

: you got me there haha
They dishonour their family xD

Meanwhile in the White Gold tower
"Plot plot plot, topple Thalmor, blah blah blah, politics, blah blah, secure Elsweyr and High Rock, plot plot" xD
I think we should avoid inter-universal Empires, I don't see it ending well.
