"Do not drown our songs again" He hissed, his forked tongue slipping from his reptilian mouth as he did. The Saeva Simius appeared on the other side, this time looking less than amused as he watched the Sazkarjhit. The outsider spoke again
"The Aru'Shumi believes you brought great dishonour to him, he refuses to attend any longer" He said, turning to the Lance Human and speaking again in their alien tongues, to which the Lance Human merely nodded in response

The Lance Human turned to him "Your soldiers called the Umbrae Populus animals, levied insults at the Saeva Simius and as a result of insulting their allies insulted the honour of the Aru'Shumi. Its a wonder the Aru'Shumi didn't challenge your Commando to a duel" He sighed, and the outsider stood very still, unmoving. The Selkath took a step forwards
"The Outsider Insider is speaking with them now. Funny, even in times as turbulent as this it is they who glue this Collective together..." He said "I doubt the Empress will be back... Not that its likely you are displeased by the prospect of a 150 foot insect queen staying away"

The Umbrae Populus diplomat glared at the Sazkarjhit, then turned his head towards the outsider, speaking again in their tongue. There was a short exchange between them, before the Umbrae Populus turned and strutted away regardless, his four Synth Infiltrators in tow, before they vanished in a flash. The Saeva Simius too turned, and with a growled parting sentence from the diplomat in his tongue, he and the Synth Soldiers turned and vanished. The Aru'Shumi shook his head, turning as he and his entourage also moved away and vanishing in yet another flash. The Corruptelae Insectum more aggressive than ever, and they too vanished a moment later, resulting in just the Selkath diplomat, the Outsider and the Lance human diplomat speaking among themselves. The Lance Human turned his head to the Sazkarjhit, then back, speaking in English "If their soldiers held their tongues... That's completely unreasonable! We're here to nego- Oh for... No, you will... No, I am not overstepping my authority, you need to... Right, yes... Not English" The Lance Human shot a glance to the Sazkarjhit before speaking to the other two in a different dialect, though it sounded of Earth Origin and was certainly not Latin.

A lot of Hammerfell is desert and their fight with the Thalmor was almost a Phyrric Victory so you could understand lower than average numbers I guess :|

There was a pause at the threat of the Commandos final line, followed by an uproar of laughter
"So slay the beast! There'll be another within a week!" The Saeva Simius diplomat said after he calmed. The Empress gazed towards the outsider, who looked up at her then to the Sazkarjhit and walked forwards
"She is scared of your 'boom sticks', she finds them threatening. Her Praetorians don't take kindly to that. You should be honoured, the Corruptelae Insectum Empress is usually very reclusive, staying within her Hive World. Few ever see this specimen" outsider said "Do you know what I find interesting Grand Vessal? It appears every time your race speaks, it starts off so well... Then something gets said right at the end and blackens it all. Your threats when we shared our thoughts with you, your Commando's... What do the humans call it... 'Gung Ho' attitude... They get said and ruin an otherwise valid position"
The Synth Infiltrators began their chant again "Da dhun anew o'r bede un wah ro synd. Ni fyud neb ein drau, filach dua ni a drau, taed o blyt ra duun, men ya kula e gosna ni" They chanted, repeating it over and over again in a slow procession. This time the diplomat did not raise his hand to stop them, clearly the hostilities made him less hospitable to them

The messenger was guided to the Emperor, who was preparing to leave already by carriage with an escort of his 'Blades' on horseback. He looked to the Khajiit as he stepped down from his carriage and took the message and broke the seal, opening it and reading it, frowning as he did. The Master and Commander of the Blades rode around, speaking
"Emperor Triarius, Sir, the Convoy is ready to..." The Master and Commander paused, examining the Khajiit. The Emperor passed the letter to the Master and Commander who read over it quickly "It'll be a miracle if our forces can get there in time, it's leagues away." The master and commander exclaimed as he handed the letter back to the Emperor
"Even if I send our fastest riders we will be hard pressed to get there in time!" The Emperor said with a shake of his head, turning to the Imperial Legion soldier who had been escorting him to the carriage "Auxiliary, inform Legate Hadvar that I require four of his fastest mounted legionnaires to head South to Elsweyr post haste. On the path from Orcrest to Corinthe they will find a Khajiit caravan, they must be there before noon tomorrow."
"Yes my lord!" The Auxiliary said, as he took the letter from the Emperor and gave a quick salute before dashing off, the Emperor turned his gaze towards the Khajiit "Return to your lord, tell him we will send our aide the fastest we can." The Emperor climbed back into the carriage "Ride!" He yelled, and the carriage pulled away, the blades racing along side it.

"I see, I'm certain the Emperor will want to open negotiations when this is all over. For now, I will return to Cyrodiil. Good luck, Keeper, but I have no doubt you will succeed" The Messenger said, turning and dashing off through the green foliage again, heading up north once more

The Empress looked to the OGVS, who looked like ants to her, with their weapons raised and reared backwards, screeching. Her Praetorians growled as they moved in front of her, glaring threateningly towards the OGVS. The Hive tyrant, stomped forwards towards them, coming to within an inch before kneeling down from his hundred foot tall pose and letting out an almighty roar towards them. The Triarian forces drew their weapons and prepared for combat, raising them and pointing them towards the OGVS
"Lower your weapons Sazkarjhit!" A call came from the Collective forces

Name of Nation: The Commonwealth (Formerly the Commonwealth of Nations)

Government Type: The Commonwealth is an association of many states around the world. Most are former British colonies or dependencies of these colonies. The head of state is the the Monarch of the United Kingdom, though the role is mostly ceremonial this monarch does possess some minor powers, again mostly ceremonial, over the Commonwealth. All under the banner of the Commonwealth, each nation retains it's own flag and government but is directly subordinate to the Commonwealth it's self, but it is NOT a Federation, as the Commonwealth reserves Emergency Article 23-23-1A, which gives it the power to immediately revoke the Independence of one of it's Nations, thus making it a devolved state rather than a Federation, allowing it to revoke the Independence of a Nation in the event of an illegal coup, widespread terror attack or other emergency, thus allowing it to bypass a possibly Corrupt Devolved Government in order to respond to a major emergency

Territory: Territories of the Commonwealth are split into two categories. One category, termed simply 'Free Nations' are those which joined the Commonwealth on their own accord, while there is another set of nations termed 'Occupied Nations' which refers to those which have been conquered for whatever reason by the Commonwealth.

Military: Her Majestys armed forces of the Commonwealth include: Commonwealth Navy, Commonwealth Air Force, Commonwealth Marines, Commonwealth Army. The Commonwealth special forces mostly take after the names of the British, New Zealand and Australian special forces as they are called the SAS, SBS, SRR, SFSG and are among some of the most elite in the world. The armed forces of all member nations were converged together. Over the years, the Commonwealth forces have come to weild highly advanced weapons, though some branches more than others
Their advanced technology includes ship mounted rail guns, military exoskeletons, combat drones and various other pieces of High Tech Equipment. As India has a space program, the Commonwealth has access to the means of breaking the atmosphere, which is useful for placing satellites into orbit when nessercairy or for maintainence

The overall motto of the Commonwealth Military is generally cited to be "Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum", though each regiment has it's own motto

Foreign Policy: The massively diverse ethnic groups, religions and beliefs that compose the Commonwealth makes a very cosmopolitan view on the world, and their policy is mostly to remain peaceful but to also remain as a military power, embodying the Commonwealth Military Slogan

History:In 1884, while visiting Australia, Lord Rosebery described the changing British Empire, as some of its colonies became more independent, as a "Commonwealth of Nations". The Commonwealth developed from the Imperial Conferences. A specific proposal was presented by in 1917 when the term "the British Commonwealth of Nations" was coined and envisioned the "future constitutional relations and readjustments in essence" at the all-important Versailles Conference of 1919 by delegates from the dominions as well as Britain. The term first received imperial statutory recognition in the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921, when the term "British Commonwealth of Nations" was substituted for "British Empire" in the wording of the oath taken by members of parliament of the Irish Free State. Over time, Territories left the British Empire to gain their independence during the 'Fall of Imperialism', but many did not want to cut all ties with the British, who had been extremely influential. As a result, they applied to join the Commonwealth of nations and many were admitted.
For much of it's existence the Commonwealth remained a peaceful and loose organisation. It wasn't until the devastating WW3 that the nations within the Commonwealth were driven to fear by the growing conflict surrounding them. While funding was dribbling into the UK from the United States, there was no funding going into the rest of the Commonwealth, who despite the loose alliance at the time were still very much important to Britain. The funding from the US was divided as best as possible between the Commonwealth nations and Britains other allies, but there was not enough to go around. For the nations of the Commonwealth, this was the final straw. They needed to send a strong message, that they would bite back with ferocity if they were attacked
Thus, the Commonwealth of Nations Reform Bill was proposed and passed, turning the Commonwealth of nations into a strong and steadfast political union known simply as the Commonwealth, uniting them fully under one banner and essentially becoming the country with it's members being 'states' of sorts. They combined their armed forces, economies and research projects, soldiers from opposite ends of the globe were ready to fight under one banner. Seemingly overnight, the Commonwealth popped up on the world map, with the worlds largest population, GDP and land mass. Nations paused for thought as British Nuclear Weapons were armed and the flags above entire countries were swapped out for the flag of the Commonwealth.
But while it was intimidating, it would take a proper message to drive off aggressors. Argentina, reviling from the war in South America and running low on oil, decided to once again invade the Falkland Islands in 2029 in an attempt to get to the 60 billion barrels of oil estimated to be below it. They thought the Falklands were too far away for the Commonwealth to bother with, this was after all a World War and the nearest Commonwealth country was Suriname, beyond Brazil, and Suriname barely had an armed forces scratched together. And so it was Argentina mounted an invasion of the Falklands, taking the Commonwealth by surprise. They had not expected anyone to attack them now they had united as the largest country on the planet, and yet Argentina had.
This was an embarrassment, Argentina has seized the Falklands from a country that had many times her population and soldiers. The Commonwealth lashed back in a fashion Argentina had not expected. Special Forces units slipped into the Base Naval Puerto Belgrano, their most vital military harbour, and set off controlled detonations that put holes in the undersides of many ship hulls, ensuring they could not leave port. As the Commonwealth shipped tens of thousands of soldiers on dozens of ships across the world to reclaim the Falklands, Argentina fought on despite the Commonwealth calls for an unconditional surrender. Throughly beaten, Argentina surrendered a week and three days later, and as part of their surrender terms are under Commonwealth occupation until 2100.
Hong Kong seceded from China and joined the Commonwealth for protection at the height of world war three, and though China sought to reassert it's might, their forces were pushed back and under the threat of invasion from India the Chinese were brought to the negotiating table, where a deal was struck, giving the Commonwealth Hong Kong)
Throughout the vast majority of WW3, the Commonwealth did not fight and preferred to stay on the defensive, guarding it's territories. As the world bickered, the Commonwealth thrived, building up their power in an attempt to become the worlds dominant economic, military, technological and political super power upon the end of WW3. Arguably, they succeeded.
