Sorry, it just seems to me that rather than just the costume the whole way things with Talon wound up going kind of didn't work well at all despite people's best efforts and intentions and a lot of this was previously mentioned both by me and by a few other people at the time with DSW just disregarding it or not noticing it. In any case I don't think things with Talon will work out very smoothly as they are now, at least not in a way that doesn't involve him escaping and being a villain for a while or something like that. A lot of it would just need too much justification or out-of-character behavior.

Whatever. The way this whole subplot's been handled is just kind of slightly irritating to me and I may not be the best judge for it. Sorry.

Sneaking in to a place that he wasn't authorized to be in and that should have had security good enough to stop him presents a problem too if you want to look at more than one of the ways his plan for the character was flawed. At least Taskmaster was there on invitation.

multiple people have mentioned all of this and more at least once before, and the fact that Talon's apparently meant to be a spy for the Court of Owls rather than legitimately being a part of the Teen Titans, at least to begin with, makes the long and time consuming "prove his loyalty" based route pretty impossible seeming.

Honestly I don't see him becoming very much of anything. There's no way any of us would trust him to be on the Titans given who he's obviously affiliated with and what he's already done regardless of the fact that he disarmed himself at the end of it or whatever. Especially Nightwing. We'd...kind of all have to spontaneously become idiots for Talon's plan to work unless I'm really missing some big details. Furthermore almost everyone involved including Nightwing's player and I think even the GM have said they have no idea how Talon infiltrating the Titans is going to work, sometimes multiple times. I don't want to leave this RP and I don't want to cause a problem but I would have to completely ignore your character and everything they do or else massively break Iron Fist's entire characterization in order for your plan to work like you seem to think it will. I personally don't think it would be very interesting or fun for us to bend our characters over backwards just to accommodate this ridiculous idea you're fixated on.

Before you ask me what bending over backwards means, it means forcing us all to do things in a way we normally wouldn't have.

Sure, that seems fine. Although I might have him go looking for Amy shortly afterwards anyways just so Rin has an easy way into the RP

Well, I was mainly asking in case people didn't want the training scene or the scene with Owlboy to be interrupted.

Although I'm still not sure how the heck he's getting onto the Titans even if Danny ignores him and his blatantly-a-spy/villain antics completely, but I guess I'll leave that up to the other players?

Edit: Also was thinking of trying to have Iron Fist go find Amy since she's skipped training but I can't think of a way of moving to the Rec Room that doesn't involve interrupting the scene with Superboy, Ravager and Talon, and potentially the training scene as well since Danny's first response to an assassin in the building would be kind of serious. Even a defeated and surrendering assassin. Any suggestions?

Covenant Academy - An Urban Fantasy School RP

Roland Wright walked through the hallways of the school with a smile on his face. Today had been a good day for the gaming club and a good day for him. Not an exciting day maybe, there were no boss-level rogue contractors to fight, no new event flags seemed to have been tripped, and he hadn't leveled up in terms of his powers or his school knowledge. "Just basic EXP gain," he mused to himself "Might be useful down the line at least."

Roland headed out the door and out in front of the school, waiting to see if anything interesting would happen.
