I'll see if I can think of anything cool for a Doll and Master. Would be really interested in playing a Doll Hunter, but I understand if that's not acceptable or would raise too many problems.
Name: Steven Rogers

Codename: Captain America

Quote:"I'm not really loyal to anything...except the american dream."

Age: Technically around 95, but biologically in his prime.

Appearance: like this, usually

Abilities/Skills:

Rogers has been exposed to Dr. Erskine's Super-Soldier Serum at the same time as his body was bathed in Vita-rays. This had the effect of permanently augmenting his body to the very peak of human potential. Thus Roger's strength, speed, agility, reflexes, durability, healing ability, senses and even mental capacities are at the very limits of what a human is capable of without necessarily being super-human. He is also an extremely skilled martial artist, acrobat, soldier and general military operator in both conventional and unconventional operations, having gained extensive military training and experience during World War II and further training from SHIELD upon his re-awakening in the present. His training and experience combined with his peak-human physiology make him more than capable of standing with and against super-humans. He is also a fairly talented artist.

Equipment/Vehicles: Steve Rogers is trained to pilot and drive many different kinds of vehicles but prefers motorcycles

Weapons: While he's been trained in the use of multiple weapons, Captain America's most notable and often only weapon is his mighty shield. Forged of an alloy of Vibranium, iron and an unknown compound, it is borderline indestructible and incredibly light. Rogers uses it to block projectiles and attacks at close range, but also as a weapon, both in melee combat and by throwing it, utilizing its' light weight and incredibly properties to achieve complex ricochet effects and accurate throws. Rogers' skills with the shield and its' incredible durability make it a very versatile and useful weapon.

Rogers also often rides a SHIELD-modified Harley Davidson 750 equipped with hidden guns, missiles, and a rocket booster for limited boosts in speed.

Sidekicks/Regular Teammates: Currently None, although he often works with and for S.H.I.E.L.D. and its' associated cast.

Personality: In a sense Steve Rogers greatest power lies in his personality. He tries his best to embody the ideals he believes his country should stand for and fights to bring out the best in others and to try and make the world a better place. His heroic will is truly superhuman and his commitment to truth and justice is completely unwavering as is his desire to help other people. Besides those sort of core personality traits, Steve loves apple pie and catching up on all of the things he's missed out on since becoming a human Popsicle, although he sometimes feels lost and out of place in the modern world.

Bio: Steve Rogers was a man who loved his country and doing the right thing about as much as he disliked bullies. So when America entered World War II, the incredibly physically frail Rogers kept trying to enlist, no matter how many times the military denied him because of his poor health. Desperate to help the soldiers fighting against fascism overseas, Steve joined an experimental program with creating super soldiers as its' ultimate goal. The weak and pathetic Steve Rogers was picked as the first test subject to best demonstrate the Super Soldier project's capabilities, and the combination of Dr.Erskine's Super Soldier Serum and Vita-Rays was a massive success, transforming Rogers from a physically weak kid from Brooklyn to a paragon of human fitness and ability. Unfortunately an Axis spy assassinated Dr. Erskine almost immediately afterward, before he could pass on the formula, so the secret to creating future Super Soldiers died with him.

Now America's only available Super Soldier, Steve was given the best training the Allies could provide and deployed in the war as Captain America! He brought the fight to the Axis powers, especially the dangerous Nazi advanced sciences division known as Hydra. Captain America played a huge role in turning the tide of the war for the Allies while stopping numerous villainous schemes by the Axis powers, often with the help of his sidekick Bucky Barnes, and the rag-tag group of soldiers known as the Howlin' Commandos.

Captain America battled Hydra and the rest of the Axis relentlessly regardless of the massive armies, bizarre occult powers or twisted miracles of super science they threw at him. but during his final battle with the field leader of Hydra's science division known as the Red Skull, Rogers fell into the sea while destroying a hi-tech long range stealth bomber headed for America, knocked unconscious by the resulting explosion as he sank into the depths of the arctic. He remained frozen there for decades until a SHIELD survey team found him and dug him out of the ice to defrost. Now he's returned to the world once again to fight for his ideals.
Right, I'll do that as soon as I finish some stuff here, including going to see the new Captain America movie, actually.
hooray! Now to decide which one I'd be better at and/or which one would be more fun. Any preferences?

it might be a good time to update the Character List, because GothPuppy never posted, same with Star Platinum(ORAORAORAORAORAORAORA), and Ace made a new dude.Dunnow what happened to Card Captor, but it might be a good idea to message him.

when I counted eight people. I was only including those that had already posted and the replacement fish guy. We've got nine if you include Clanjos
Would playing either Iron Fist or Cap himself be acceptable? I'm okay with not playing Cap but I REALLY like Iron Fist.
I'm concerned we may have more than enough people already. Since we've got...eight, I think? Also you're missing a personality section. That said your character could be way worse and sounds interesting so see what the main GM says I guess?
Not intentionally, although I noticed the similarities immediately, myself. But no, I was planning on writing him this way without even thinking of the awesomeness that is Black Star.
Ponygon!~

Also, I'm making it official that "Act deceptively adorable to distract your enemies and get them to let their guards down" is a legitimate ninja technique. *nods sagely to myself*
Mushuro hadn't heard the newcomer, as he had long ago jumped, climbed and scrambled his way onto the merchant ship, all unnervingly quickly and without ever making a sound. He had done all of this, naturally, because he felt that strolling up the dock to the ship and boarding from the gangplanks was a ridiculous idea. Sure, he was a pirate and pirates were bold and challenged the world while they laughed and probably were the sorts to attack a ship head on straight from the gangplank. But Mushuro was a ninja as well as a pirate, so instead of charging straight in he had leaped off of the docks and into the waters with not even the sound of a splash, from there swimming to the ship's side under cover of the docks and surfacing to climb up the side through previously mentioned jumping and scrambling before ultimately tumbling onto the deck itself.

Once there he moved from crate to crate and barrel to barrel as various merchant-sailors shifted them about, using his speed and shortness to always remain just out of view, almost making a game of it all to barely avoid being seen by the busy workmen and gathering as much as he could about them while he moved. They seemed hard-working as far as sailors and merchants went, and Mushuro could tell that their swords were barely used. He hadn't yet spied any rifles or pistols, which seemed like a good thing too.

Mushuro paused for a minute and took a bottle of something (rum?) from a crate that had yet to be re-sealed, pouring out its' contents and slipping a scroll and some ink in a waterpoof container from one jacket pocket and a brush from another pocket. He wrote down his general findings about the crew's numbers and his observations on them, the general layout of the ship and how difficult he thought taking it would be (personally not very) before slipping the length of scroll into the bottle and corking it, then tossing it with all of his ninja strength. The message-in-a-bottle whizzed through the air, and if he was as good at bottle-throwing as he was at shuriken throwing, would land right nearby his new party of friends in plain view.

That done, it was time for phase two of his brilliant ninja-plan to help seize control of this new vessel. It was a wondrous and cunning plan he had devised, oh yes. A plan so devious in its' nature, so intricate and manipulative in its' mechanisms, that if Grampa Hanzo knew Mushuro had come up with then he might even be a little bit proud, even if he'd probably kill Mushuro afterward. Yes, now was certainly time for that plan.

The little boy clad in what some people had described as "Panda Pajamas" suddenly popped up out of a barrel next to the sailor who was supervising the others, "Hi there Mistah! My name's Mushuro Hattori an' I'm gonna take over your ship so I can go to sea and plunder booty as a pirate! Yarrrrrr!~" Mushuro smiled as cheerily as he could through his mask and did his best to invoke every fiber of potential adorableness in his being, though he was dripping with seawater.

Yes, it was one of the Hattori Clan's Secret Techniques!: Deception Jutsu-Mewing Tiger Cub!
