So no original coloured rangers then.
I....was/am pretty interested, but I'm pretty confused now as to what colors and character types are acceptable now.
So that's a Doctor, a Pilot, a Sec-Officer and a Captain we've got. What does that leave us needing? a Nav Officer and an Engineer maybe?
That, my dear pyroman, is a question for the ages.
Sorry it took me so long to post, but I've been juggling a lot of stuff until recently.
Doctor Deepwater Ambyss moved about his clinic with the confident stride of a being in complete control of his situation. He would stop occassionally to make corrections here and there to those of his assistants that hadn't yet gotten the sort of experience the good doctor had, or chat on a more personal level with a patient to provide a lift when he think they needed one or just as a way to better gauge their mental and emotional states. Overall, he was very pleased with how his little clinic had progressed over the last year or so.

He was now providing reliable medicine and health advice to one of DCs poorest yet most diverse little sections, often to beings who would otherwise have had no other options. Yes, over the past year he'd fixed up travelers, the elderly, the homeless, the just plain poor, he'd even taken in one or two orphans who'd shown promise as healers and taught them the tricks of his ever-changing trade, along with anyone else who was willing to learn from a five foot tall, over-one-hundred pound "slimy lizard' as he'd occasionally been called. With their help, as word spread of what he was doing he had managed to do even more good. His clientele had expanded to include wealthy landlords looking to get treated on the cheap and even many members of the city's criminal element, seeking treatment from Ambyss when the causes of their ailments and injuries weren't strictly speaking legal. Why just a few weeks ago, the senior members of two of DCs largest street gangs had negotiated a truce right in his little building's front lobby. While waiting to have their wounds treated, naturally.

The doctor had done without ever asking for payment. Ambyss would hardly need the money anyways. Despite his work in the clinic, his research findings were still regularly published in the form of papers and treatises in several different medical journals and other such academic nonsense that were actually willing to pay him for the privilege, as well as the occasional even more prominent former colleague looking to 'borrow' his unique insight. To those in such lofty positions his insight did not come cheaply. Yes, Deepwater Ambyss was certainly pleased with his clinic, his patients and his students.

But in terms of his life, he was barely content. For a while the challenge of setting up shop here, in one of the worst parts of a bustling city, had been enough for him. There had been much to learn about human physiology, and the other local difficulties of corrupt government officials and gangs who didn't understand or approve of his vision had kept him occupied for a time. But now, with things finally going well he was feeling the need to move on again to some other desperate place. Anywhere that wasn't Caudela anyways, seeing as he'd had his fill of trying to help his homeworld some time ago.

Of course Ambyss couldn't leave quite yet. His students were certainly capable enough of taking his place, but rumors had suddenly started flying in that the local noble thief upon which many of his patients depended had gotten himself arrested. That would mean crackdowns on the populace to set an example of what happened when you supported those who stole, if Ambyss interpreted things right, and that would mean a sudden influx of patients, some of whom might only live or die in the very best hands.

So for a while, Ambyss would have to stay.
Probably going to have to drop out of this unless things change for me, sorry guys.

Name: Largo

Alias/Title: Nickname is Morph, Title is The Rabbit Knight

Race:Human

Age: 19

Appearance: Largo "Morph" and his Keyblade

Weapon Appearance: Will have the Keyblade and maybe the pair of balisong drawn up.

Weapon Name: Rabbit's Foot is his Keyblade's name, his two butterfly knives are called Luck and Pluck

Combat Abilities: Morph or Largo uses a pair of butterfly knives for combat most of the time. He has a great deal of flexibility inherent in his style, mixing physical attacks and both of his types of magic all at once. He'll lighten his body with Gravity magic and then use wind currents and his unreduced strength to propel himself around and strike rapidly or evade, shield himself with Aero while knocking attacks off course with gravity shifts, bind enemies in place with gravity and wind traps, or even turn his knives into effective throwing weapons by increasing their weight and shooting them at enemies with focused streams of wind. That said he normally uses his knives for intimidation only or will strike with them folded and blunt.

He's actually a much better swordsman than he is a knife fighter, often using gusts of well timed wind to either blunt his strikes or increase their force along with lightening and increasing the weight of his sword as he moves it to attack with more weight behind each blow without significantly slowing his movements. He's also capable of typical blasts of winds and crushing spears or orbs of gravity to a lesser degree but prefers more subtle uses of his magic. All of that said he'd much prefer to avoid a fight and will attempt to fight defensively for a while and escape if at all possible.

Non-Combat Abilities: Morph loves cooking and painting, though truth be told he's a terrible painter. He likes to learn different recipes from people he's met as he travels too. While he does use it often enough in combat he finds his ability to lighten up his own body's weight and manipulate wind currents to direct himself and increase his speed and agility incredibly useful for traveling purposes. He's occasionally fond of using wind magic to cool himself off or give him a nice dramatic wind at opportune moments. He's found his philosophy more than a little disrupted by the world's fractured and isolated nature, but he's still trying his best to remain true to it.

Personality: Though not a coward per-se Morph doesn't like to concern himself with the any big battle between light and darkness or fighting in general, instead mainly wanting to live a life of peace and happiness and trying to bring the same to others, exploring for his own sake and generally being of the sentiment that others can solve problems and play the hero better than he. He dislikes fighting and will use his abilities to disable opponents or escape from battle if possible. But he has a strong belief in the right to be free and those who back him into a corner, trample on personal freedom of others more than even his patience can stand or hurt those he cares about will find out he can actually be kind of dangerous.

History: Would prefer to PM

Reputation: A relatively unknown vagrant and homeless teen.

(Again, sorry for all the frankly ridiculous requests I've made and I'm perfectly willing to tone down or change aspects of the character. Might add a song later.)
