Vick
Aeternus II Mystic Forest
[i]

Vick managed a good stab at one of the wolves, it had seemed to be moving slower than the others and once he struck it again he realized it was the one who had jumped him earlier. The one he had stabbed in it's belly multiple times. "okay...so I Am doing something..." he said to himself, still turning in circles to check for which wolf would jump him, it seemed if he had his blade in front they wouldn't charge him right away, and he had managed to keep most at bay so far, only taking scrapes here and there. Though that didn't really matter, if he didn't go on the offense, he would be dead eventually, his life had obviously been dropping bit by bit. He sidestepped a wolf by a hair, or uh, fur, and took it as his chance to finish off the wounded one. [i]Call it
a coin tossed and a coin caught, Vick saw a head staring back at him, one flat and always looking one way, it meant he had won the toss. A streak of light from the coin to the enemy and it took the respective damage, finally succumbing to the build up, and crackling out into threads of data. Vick got caught up in the small victory and didn't pay attention to the wolf leaping at him, just when he caught in his peripherals, a body stood between him and his attacker. Prince, the one who kissed my hand had leapt to his aid, and took a massive penalty for it. Vick cursed and ran to his side, barely avoided contact with some fangs along the way. "Why would you do that?" he asked frantically as he came within not obtrusive distance of his ally. He was faced with a snarling face once more and this time lunged to meet it. Bet low A flurry of snapping jaws was met with a flurry of jabbing blades and both parties took their damage for it, Vick winced as he withdrew his now torn and bleeding arm. He would have to be more careful, even with those quick attacks.

"You should be more careful!" he yelled back to Prince as he swiped half-heartedly at a distanced wolf. He tried to ignore the fact he only said that after not using his own attack correctly. He sighed in his mind and went back to trying to fend of wolves, now being mixed up with his own and Prince's, he started to only then debate if going to his side was a good idea.

I feel like i'm cheating the system a bit but, can I post with Vick? It's been more than four posts between his last one.

If yes than I assume to use that from now on, wait for four posts from respective characters post to use them again.

The trap has arrived.
Moon234
Aeternus || Nexus
Sleepy Leaf Bridge

Moon strolled through the street, he had a soft frown on his face, though with current happenstance that wasn't too unusual. His familiar Artemis floated high behind his shoulder, it's head turning with clicks here an there, taking in the world with it's nearly featureless faceplate. They were headed towards a bridge, Moon couldn't properly remember it's name, he just knew it was being ruled by some bullies currently. Moon never liked bullies, back in the real world he had to deal with them quite often, even switched schools once to escape them. In this world though, he was stronger, not the often sickly little kid he was back home, here he could stop bullies, and stop bullies she would. He began walking with a little bit more oomph, the thought of people picking on smaller people was getting him motivated, he didn't have a plan, nor did he know if he could win but he knew he would try, this was still a game after all, it didn't hurt to get hit in games.

Arriving at a bridge (which he had gotten pointed out by a local NPC) he saw two smaller figures standing against a handful of larger ones. No doubt this was the right place, the bigger ones were a bit too intimidating to not be bullies. Moon took half a step forward and stopped, his body halting against his previously thought will. "Come one.." he said a bit angrily down to his legs, his voice was soft, it didn't really have any harshness to it and it was higher pitched then most of his age and gender. "Whats stopping you? We should go help!" he continued to berate his own appendages, not allowing himself to realize he was scared. A few steps forward and he persevered, forcing negative thoughts out little by little, this is just a game, this is just a game he replayed the thought through his head over and over, until he came standing not far behind a girl and some small looking boy. "H-Hey!" he forced a shaky little out-call to rise from himself, trying to get some attention and doing a poor job. Just as he was to try again an outburst happened. The girl made some sort of glowy orbs appear, startling some of the adversaries. She was going to attack... He needed to help! He took some surprisingly resolute steps forward, and came to her side, throwing out his wand in front of him. "I-I won't let you bully anymore" he announced, this time a bot bolder, though still with some shake to it. He imagined it came out quite cool and heroic, though really he was still just a kid in a dress waving a stick around. His familiar came to his side, it's arms bent back as if to strike at something. Despite his non-threatening look, the two were in battle mode, and were going to cause some bullies some trouble, it was time to waltz.

I still have to wait for people right? I can't just post with Moon cause i'm using a different character can I?

I feel we froze up a bit again...
Seriously, the things I have never heard of until this thread is surprising.

That's a really interesting idea, you guys keep making our canvas bigger, I like the idea a lot, a dyson sphere running off two stars, how massive and powerful that thing would be...
Elaine nodded to Feress, she didn't expect to be going far from the group, so finding a person was probably not going to happen for her, but she would take note nonetheless. She looked up to Caroline, wondering if she would be doing much searching, maybe going along with her for now would be best, If she was near to Feress of course, unless he gave consent she wouldn't be leaving his side just yet. It was her job to stay near him, and she should at least do one thing right she thought.

Dusk listened to the small furry creature, he didn't think much about survivors, it didn't look like there could have been any... "Aye sir" was all he commented to show he had listened, he began scanning the immediate area, looking for any moving bodies that weren't of their group. If there was chance that anyone could be saved, he wanted to make sure they were. "I will be scouting ahead once we take off, I feel as though splitting up, yet staying within safe distance, is a good way to find people." He didn't want to make it sound like he was separating from them. It was his job to make sure they all survived, to watch their backs as they would his, and he wasn't going to give up that aspect for the rescuing one. His mask had shifted once more to one of thought, if anyone had made it through what happened here was there even a small chance of them not being infected? Sadly, Dusk thought that was unlikely.

A wispy figure floated through the air, the swirling purple haze didn't seem to affect them, so little so in fact that is literally passed through them. The girl was dark, a black tint seeming to cover her whole. She had raven black hair and grayish looking...skin, if there was any actually there that is. The girl was somewhat transparent, noticeable if you looked for her, but hard to see otherwise, the world behind her shining through like she didn't exist. Her eyes were the only noticeable feature, red orbs of slightly glowing sentience. They carried sadness and knowledge, they told of something long ago that shadowed her existence to this day. This was Alexandria, her arms were bandaged, her hair was unkempt, and she was dead. She floated along not terribly high above the ground, he feet being able to 'touch' it if she really stretched. She was wandering, looking for something to do, people to help or hinder. She had been haunting thieves for a long while now, driven a few insane here and there, but she didn't know what to do anymore, the world was falling apart around her and she didn't know if she could stop it, even if she was dead this was her home. A sound broke her from her thought, something that sounded like a sob in the distance. A cry in the fog somewhere to her right, she looked to it blankly, and after long seconds of thought, began approaching it. Eventually finding it's source, a young man on his knees, with a noose hanging near him. "...That would be waste." she was floating high now, above him so that she would remain undetected until she wanted, which was apparently now. "Life is valuable." she added as she lowered to be 'standing' on the floor, her bare feet not making sound as they phased through the earth the tinniest amount. "Even yours." She had no idea who this person was, he could have been a child raper, she didn't care, she knew better than most what a life was worth.
