Dealing with a lot of work from uni right now. Probably won't get any roleplaying done for a while. Why can't there be a major in uni about roleplay?!

NAME:
Elizabeth "Eli" Cassidy

AGE:
17

LIKES:
Rain | Music | Coffee | Running | Anything that gets her blood pumping

DISLIKES:
Sitting still | Sweets | Being underestimated | Being ordered around | Silence

QUIRK:
Eli always carries a ring with her (often placed on a necklace) for good luck. The ring was her brother's class ring.
Eli has a number of tattoos around her body, most of which are quotes or lyrics.
Eli is a very quick learner.

BIO/PERSONALITY:
Everyone who knew Elizabeth Cassidy would tell you that she is absolutely crazy. Eli is a risk taker verging on the point of being reckless. There isn't a dare or a challenge that Eli has turned her back to. This has often gotten her in trouble before - with authorities and from suffering a few broken bones - but Eli loved the thrill of it. When her peers cheered and cajoled her into doing something, she just knew she had to give them a show.
Eli isn't sure when her addiction with adrenaline rushes started, but she knew her brother was a big influence in it. He had taken her on his motorcycle for the first time when she was nine and she loved the feeling of the wind against her skin. Even before that, she'd been jumping cliffs with him. Eli savored those memories - screams of both terror and fun as adrenaline pumped in their veins - because that was all she had left. Memories.
Her brother died when she was fourteen. She supposed she should have learned from him. She should have learned to stop being as reckless as he was, but she couldn't help herself. That had been the only way she saw to honor his memory. And it was destroying her.
When her friends cornered her and gave her the brochure for Camp Turtle Shell, she laughed in their faces. They said it was to help her - that maybe slowing down would be good for her. Eli didn't listen. She didn't want to get stuck in some camp where nothing happens. She wanted to feel her blood pumping under her skin. She wanted her heart to beat so fast it was close to bursting. Ready to give up, her friends moved to let her escape. It wasn't until her childhood friend piped up, daring her to survive at least three weeks in camp. Eli knew it was a trap - that she was being manipulated - but the smirk on her friend's face irked her.
That was how she found herself packing her things and heading for Camp Turtle Shell, hating every second of it.
@Roecoon Oops sorry about that. i didn't see. Making my character now. :>
Is there an age range for the campers?
@Comrade Doge The Inner Circle is Badlands' wealthier folk. They're the businessmen, politicians, etc. They also control the Military. Their system of government follows a council system with ten members of the council and one that leads the whole of them.
Here is my character so you can have a reference or something.

Harley had just finished giving another student a high-five when she noticed a car pull up to the school. She'd never seen it before or the blonde girl that exited the vehicle. That would be her, she thought to herself as the new girl made her way towards her. Harley supposed she'd been informed about things already and had correctly assumed that Harley would be her guide. Not like anyone's still hanging around out here but me. She didn't need to look around to know that most of the students had already made their way inside the building. She could hear the loud buzz of their chatter in the hallways from the steps outside.

But enough about them. She had a new student in front of her. Harley gave her a once over, and found herself frowning slightly. Sure this girl looked gorgeous, but other than that, Harley couldn't find anything out of the ordinary about her. She certainly didn't look like she belonged in such a dingy town as Solis, but there she was. The new girl didn't look like she'd be causing any trouble. Such a shame.

Harley schooled her features back to a small grin as she held out a hand. "Good morning, princess," she greeted, her usual nickname for girls rolling off her tongue without a second thought. "I'm Harley Peyre, Student Council secretary and head of the school paper. Basically means I know everything there is to know about everything and everyone here, so if you need anything, just ask me." She winked conspiratorially at the other girl. "So, I'll pretty much be showing you around today. Did you get your schedule already?"
The door opened with a light creak, and Avery peered over to the side to see who'd arrived. A dark haired girl with blue eyes. Avery tried to sense if she were a supernatural, momentarily forgetting that the university had assigned supernaturals with non-supernaturals. Shaking her head slightly at herself, she stood from the bed and approached her new roommate.

"Took you long enough," she said in lieu of a greeting, raising her voice enough so that she could be heard over the loud music. "You're taking the right side. The name's Avery by the way." She held out her hand, the grin forming on her face wide enough that her canines glinted under the light.
@hagroden Here you go.

I hope we get some more interest cus I really want to start this.

Didn't actually need to change much in Ant's cs apparently. I hope my reply is fine. The twins aren't going to be around anymore, since they're both over 18.

Antoinette awoke to the sound of glass shattering. Bleary-eyed, she rose from her bed and noticed with mild irritation that she'd been too exhausted the night prior to even bother getting out of her clothes. Her irritation was short-lived as voices - loud, angry voices - filtered in through the door and thin walls. Oh no, not again. She rubbed her face, trying to fully wake herself up as she moved to the dresser and pick out her clothes for the day. She busied herself with deciding which jacket she'd wear with her tank top - the black one or the grey one - but she knew it didn't really matter either way. She was just buying herself some time, and allowing Iris to dole out her frustration on Owen.

The voices outside her door dulled into a murmur, and Ant took that as her cue to make her presence known. She exited her room, eyes falling on the broken pieces of glass on the living room floor before she glanced up to meet Iris' gaze. She waved her greetings to the twins, noticing not for the first time that Owen had chosen to sit petulantly on the couch and look everywhere but the two girls he shared the apartment with, and headed to the kitchen to grab herself a cup of coffee.

Caffeinated, Ant returned to the living room to find Owen sweeping up the glass with Iris nowhere in sight.

Ant couldn't help but ask, "What did you do this time?" to which the answer was a "What didn't I do?" and a sheepish shrug. Ant wanted to smack him in the back of his head, but restrained herself. As much as she hated seeing them like this, she knew she had no right. She was by no means better than Owen. She'd had to sweep up her fair share of glass every now and then. Instead, she sighed and grabbed the guitar case lounging against the wall. "She'll forgive you," was said in lieu of a goodbye.

The sun was out and was on a rampage. Even behind her dark sunglasses, Ant still felt nearly blinded by the sun. Or maybe that was just a result of her hangover. She fixed the guitar case's position on her back as she pulled herself up the covered dumpster. A quick sweep around informed her that no one was around, and she made the jump over the wall. Perdido Beach School was still a place she loathed simply because of the rivalry that festered between them and Coates Academy. Sure, she'd been sent there without her consent, but she still loved the friends she'd made in that school. Misfits often found misfits.

She ducked into the school's bleachers. The two she'd texted before were already there and, by the smell of the air around them, were completely baked. Ant's lips pursed in thought. A second later, she'd fished her phone out of her pocket but the screen was black. Odd. She'd try later. She settled next to them and pulled out her guitar. Sure, they were high as kites, but they made great music and James had an amazing voice.

They finished up another song, and Ant settled the guitar down. They weren't much conversationalists, and even the words they sang out began to lose much of their meaning. And she was starting to get a weird vibe. She didn't know what, but it felt like she shouldn't be there. Was someone going to catch them?

She stood and made a move to leave. "Look guys, great session and all, but I gotta-" They were gone, just like that. One second James was laughing about something Ant couldn't see, the next he was gone. Ant looked around, dreading the sudden stillness in the air. "What the..." She grabbed her guitar and walked out of the bleachers, daring to peak into the school. No one sat behind the desks in the administrative office. A phone even hang by its cord against the wall. Ant felt a shiver run down her spine.

What is going on?
