SORRY TO EVERYONE FOR DISAPPEARING!
Used to be pretty active ~6 months ago, might be coming back...
Name is Zorogami, but you can call me Zoro. I really enjoy Rping, although it used be an on and off thing until I finally joined the Guild. Since then, I've been lucky enough to meet very friendly and cool people here as well as take part in various interesting RPs. As for settings, I enjoy fantasy and sci-fi worlds the most, but i´m always looking to try out new stuff as well. I like character-driven plots with lots of freedom, since those settings allow for a ton of possibilities in the story. I'm testing the 1x1 RP waters as well, so feel free to hit me up with any ideas if you want!
I guess that's it for now, Maybe I'll see you around?

Posted my first IC, sorry it took so long!
Ruby
Ruby was standing in a dark back-alley when she received the mail marked as "URGENT". Opening it, the light of her display illuminated her face, revealing a smile. Finally, time for some action she thought, grabbing her Kunais and exiting the alley. As she looked to either side, it was clear that chaos was spreading all over the starting town. Some players decided to band together and stand their ground, others were running away in panic. To her left, a group was fending off a LV4 and a LV10 monster, their black backs turned towards her. That was the kind of opening Ruby needed to get started. After a few quick and loudless step she was standing behind the monsters, her kunais faintly glowing green from the poison coating.
She decided to attack the weaker one first, slashing multiple times at its back. Together with the attacks from the group, the being went down shortly after. The LV10 monster seemed to realize there was something behind him, and decided to turn around while slashing in her direction. Too slow she thought with a smile, rolling under the clumsy attack and countering with a few quick slashes. The monster's health bar grew a bit smaller, and it seemed to get angrier at the ninja. It charged at her, but Ruby was once again too quick for it. She rolled to the left and threw some stars in its direction. The monster had trouble attacking her, on the other hand its level was too high for Ruby´s attack to do any significant damage. Getting away seemed to be the wiser choice. "Okay lads, i think we should get out of here" she shouted towards the group behind her. The girl threw a pouch on the ground, hiding herself and the others in a wall of smoke.
Alex - 1,5 hrs ago
He finished the last bit of Redbull and let out a loud burp. There was a lonely slice of pizza left on the table, but he decided to leave that one for breakfast, Alex was too full and too excited to keep eating. A quick glance at the clock revealed there were only about 15mins left until SAO went finally online. He had never really played an MMO before, but very article he had came across about the game had managed to hype him more and more. This morning he had gone out and picked up his copy at the local gamestore, now everything was in place to go online. Alex put the trash away and made himself comfortable on his gamer couch. There was another sixpack of Redbull on the floor, an essential component if Alex was to stay awake all night. He also had some snacks ready to grab in case he grew hungy. Another look at the clock: 5mins left! Alex put the VR gear on his head, opened the first can of Redbull and took a big sip. "Here we go!" He exclaimed excited "Link Start!"

The girl hopped from roof to roof like it was nothing. Her athletic build and acrobatic skills made it easy to get over any obstacle. She preferred the roofs to the roads, as it allowed her to watch over anyone and made it harder to be ambushed. The town center could´t be far ahead, judging by the crowded streets below her. I wonder how strong these GMs are Ruby thought, grinning, as she started to run again.

The answer to the cyborg´s question was not really reassuring. Strength in unity? Sure, if the ones that accepted the Council´s offer worked together instead of against each other, they might have a chance at stopping whoever was responsible, but would that be enough? Kyle did not want to stretch his luck though, and remained silent as he received his own branding. He felt like a little fire was kindled inside him, at the same time his cybernetic eye and his broken modules were miraculously repaired by the watcher´s touch. The others around him took their turns stating their decision.
When a demon spoke up, the rewards and help they would receive became a lot clearer: Access to the "citadel" and some kind of tree that would grant them passage to any realm they desired to enter. Far more interesting however was the power to "transform" into a stronger form. The demons amongst them would have practice in that matter, but the cyborg? He was curious to find out what this "new form" would mean for him. Kyle made a mental note to find out as soon as possible.
To the cyborg´s suprise, a few of the people present refused the offer. It was less the refusal in itself though, but how they spoke to this entity that amazed Kyle, as they insulted the council and told them to "shove it". Some appeared to do it out of sheer spite, others seemed to be genuinely appalled by the thought of serving them. The "traitors" received their own speical brand and vanished shortly after. Now more than ever, Kyle was glad he had decided not to rebel against this council. There were only a few people left who had to make their choice, and the three entities urged them to step forth as agents or be marked as enemies.
The rest was allowed to go to the citadel to rest and gain back their strength. From the corner of his eye, he saw how a few started making their way towards their new residence. Kyle looked towards Souta, who had accepted his branding as well. He barely knew the kid, but at least he knew him somewhat, compared to the others who were complete strangers to him. Kyle walked up to Souta: "Hey man...wanna go to this citadel and check the place out?". If they were going to work together, he might as well get to know him better.
