I try to be empathetic when I don't get messages, real life happens, but its frustrating when I see someone online almost daily and they won't even respond to OOC messages.

Question: If I see someone is online regularly, but they suddenly stop responding to all OOC and IC messages without explanation, is it fair to suspend the roleplay? After say, two weeks or more?

YES! Take some powerful pain-killers and then just go to sleep. I experience those nasty migraines once or twice every couple of years, and doing this cures it. Avoid bright lights and loud noises.
