Do we really have to choose the masks our parents gave us? I don't think so, which is why I choose my own.

"If your cause is religious freedom, then you have friends. We will not let Sazkarjhia silence this."

True to there word two Equestrian fleets arrived in the solar system that Serenity occupied, both fleets were a distance away from each-other and were scattered to prevent AoE weapons from taking effect. The fleets weapons were already activated, and so was the fleet shield. 10 prototype Nightingales also followed the two fleets, prepared to use there power to destroy the Sazkarjhit threat.

"You will stand down now. The rebels want religious freedom? It shall be granted to them. Whether you accept this and give it to them, or we require a war to do so. Make your choice."

It doesn't matter how our weapons developed. It's a different world.

It is a helpful reference however when we are discussing our own level of advancement.

Zeppelins (the closest thing to airships IRL) weren't invented until the year 1900. Which would put our tech somewhere between the civil war and a couple years before WWISo yeah, I think we should probably have iron clads. Which, according to gowia, do not exist yet but can be invented?

Believe so.
This isnt near WW1 at all
We don't have gas or actual aero-planes, nor automated machine-guns.
I think were somewhere at the level of 1870s, with some areas being a bit behind.
If you are interested in Iron-ships and steamers though, it really shouldnt be to hard. Technology is there, just invest some money into it.

"Proceed foward, offer the rebels assistance if there goals are deemed noble."
The small ship slipped through the blockade and landed near a rebel base, stealthed. Two ghosts moved out and headed foward, special scanners on to find any mines or traps.

We've got flying dreadnaughts. I think the containment of gases would be much more advanced, especially with the trait that allows for more quality ship-works.

Another issue I see is that the only combustible gas thats a base element is hydrogen, and it doesn't have the same power as gunpowder.
The problems is we wanted the grass completely gone.

And to be honest I don't really see you apologize that often.

I have to agree with Mantido. Up until this point, I feel everyone has been pretty reasonable in dismissing your ideas. From what I've seen, no one has been rude or anything like that. I feel everyone has given pretty sound reasoning for why extremely deadly poison grass is absurd and, earlier than that, why we should avoid putting in things from Leviathan and what not. It's really only these two things that people have ever objected to, and your nation concept is otherwise completely acceptable. Is losing the grass really such a big deal?

This, a million times this.
