Well you still have to mod each of the individual provinces, and that take a painful long-ass time.

Issues within someone posting in my RP

I run the RP From Stardust, to Stardust: Tales of Andromeda in the Nation RP section, due to somethings that came up I made a rule and decreeing to hopefully solve the issue. Shortly after someone who I am pretty sure is just Samebito on a alt account linked me to a video, saying it should be my theme song, and it was this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9WLRIPPa5Qw. While I am not a homophobe nor against homosexual marriage, that is a insult in my book. Shortly afterwards I received a PM from him stating this. "Duck, do you also have a futa grandmother for me to do the five knuckle shuffle with? Please let me know right away if so." Its at this point that I realized that he is a bit of a aggressive person that I rather not have in my RP, so I proceeded to ban him from the RP, and even after I asked him to leave the thread he continues to post. Anything that can be done about this?

Okay some new rules and my whole ruling on this matter. Due to the nature of what was said by Samebito to Wilson I am going to excuse him from a warning this time, although this is the only time I shall do so, so next time regardless of what happens it is a warning Wilson. As for Samebito I am banning him from the RP, I am not tolerating the shit he said. And as for the new rule... 7.Do not insult anybody in the RP, in PM or OOC, not only is it against the RP rules it is against forum rules. If someone insults you, do not respond back with a insult, report the nature of the material to the mods and let them handle it. If anybody is caught insulting, its a instant-ban from the RP. I do not want to tolerate that shit, we are supposed to be a small little family of RPers making a good story, not people insulting each other.
