Also on a note, I keep on forgetting to mention this but all players in the RP have the ability to create minor civilizations.

A few rules
1.They cant be hugely advanced(unless something was worked out with me beforehand)
2.They cant be hugely big(They wouldn't be minor then, although if you have a idea for a major NPC civ PM me about it and I will probably approve it depending on what you want to do with it)

Well alrighty, I think I've got the Dominion in an approvable state. I will add more detail to the military section at some point, but I think I outlined that enough to get a verdict in.

My only issue that stands is the 80 systems mentioned. THat is a bit of a ridiculous number of systems for my taste. Maybe in the future but not now.

Edit:Also are all the provinces on your territory list Manchuria and Taiwan? Those are the only bits of China Japan has. Unless China decided to claim the Philippines.

...I am really at a loss as for what to do about the whole situation. For now I am going to step back and see what happens. I need more time to decide because in my current state I am not confident I could make a good decision.

Actually do to points made to me by people I shall not name, I am actually very wary of you Wernher. Your app seems to portray France as extremely powerful, that really needs to be corrected. I dont think France would be that big in Europe.
