Do we really have to choose the masks our parents gave us? I don't think so, which is why I choose my own.

Oh thens its not a risk as much as I though it would be then. I was a bit worried it tried to be used to make people commit suicide with there ships or steal sensitive data.
Fergus and Emily are going to be immune. This is assuming they gained alicorn abilities and became biologically immortal during the Drac War. Which reminds me, we should probably come up with a timeline of events for The Drac War and the past events in the RP.
Belgrade, Serbia
The crackling of a fire could be heard in Alexsandar's office, while it wasn't cold or even freezing right now he preferred the heat and the sound fire makes. Alexsandar him self had light brown hair. His face was rounded and flattened, and he possessed jade green eyes. His nose was small and not very prominent within his facial features, and brows weren't very thick. He was tall standing at 6"1 and he was of average weight for his age and height. He looked liked he was in his mid 30s or late 20s.He remained concentrated on his work. He wore a long black sleeve shirt, with some blue slacks. His office was large, but was rather lacking in furniture, only a two chairs in front of his polished wood desk and a few bookshelves with collections of literature that seemed to be mostly about philosophy. The fireplace was made of a white stone, the wallpaper being red and yellow striped. Shiny wooden baseboards boarded the room, with the same effect being applied at the top of the walls. His desk was a bit of a mess, papers and pens scattered about.

Alexsandar looked up from the paperwork he was working on as he heard a knocking at the double wooden doors to his office. He sat up and straightened up and threw the papers together in a loose stack. He put most of his pens off to the side of the desk and pulled in further.

"Come in" said Alexsandar in response to whoever was knocking.

Through the doors stepped in Damier Bogdan, Serbia's Minister of Foreign Relations. The man was short when compared to average, only standing at 5"5. He had darker brown here that contrasted with Alexsandar's light brown hair. The men wore a trench coat and rather dark pants and shirts, giving hi more onto the theme of one of the rulers of the state. His face was a bit more oval like then Alexsandars, but still remained flattened. He had dark blue eyes that seems to just gaze at whatever he was looking at.

"Damier! What to do I owe the pleasure?" spoke Alexsandar in a bit of a happy mood.

Damier approached Alexsandars desk and pulled out one of the two chairs that was in front and tucked under the desk. The chair was made of a shiny wood, with a red cushion for the seat. Damier sat down and pushed himself under the front of Alexsandar's desk.

"I just like to discuss a few things with you. Mainly when we actually do plan to begin the reunification, and on that subject..." Damier seemed to pause for a minuted before speaking again "The people of Serbia are getting a bit upset. It has been a while since Yugoslavia collapsed, they were hoping we make are move much sooner then this."

Alexsandar stood up and went to look out the window that was behind him. He looked over the city of Belgrade, the pride and glory of Serbia. Where much of its industry lied, it beautiful rivers flowing calmly amongst the many packed in buildings. He sighed and sat back down.

"The reason I haven't ordered the Generals to move out yet is because we are still building up. The former countries that comprised Yugoslavia may be weak in comparison to us, but a want a decent enough force that we can hold off attacks from a few of them. I also feel that not all the people of Serbia are still in favor of reuniting Yugoslavia back to its former glory. I want to make sure these people see our side, and see the benefits of reuniting Yugoslavia before we make our move." spoke Alexsandar.

"Ah yes then. Anyways we might begin seeking some allies, it might help us when we do begin the reunification of Yugoslavia" said Damier. He and Alexsandar spoke for a while about Serbia and its current state in the international community. After Damier left Alexsandar relaxed a bit, glad that he was finally done speaking to Damier. He personally did not see Damier as friend as he did with his other Ministers, but he got the job done. Alexsandar went back to looking over the many papers layed amongst his desk. He went back to his usual routine and day dreamed of Serbia's bright future.

Peace Station
Blue Moon seemed rather happy that things were going well so far
"Right this way then! Its not to far so we will just be walking" said Blue Moon

It was obvious that Peace Station held a lot of diversity. Griffons, Ponies, Buffalo, Zebras, Bat Ponies, Dragons, and even the bipedal Selkath and Void Humans could be seen walking around the grassy fields and paved sidewalks of Peace Station. Hovercars and even a few choppers flew above the streets, making loud whirring noised that helped add life to the busy city. A lot of Equestrians waved or even said hi to the diplomats, except the Void Humans. When the diplomats approached they would retreat and watch from afar. The small group approached a huge tower that was not visible when observing Peace Station through the Glass dome. It was a huge tower, almost as talls as the dome its self. It spiraled up, showing that it was made of the same silvery metal as most Equestrian architecture. The group was lead into the lobby of the tower, the insides having many of ponies coming and going. They went into a glass elevator and went up quite far, a few of the non-flier Equestrians looked a bit sick. They were finally lead into a meeting room, which around set a large shiny metal table. Water and food could be seen scattered about the table. Blue moon waited for everyone else to take seat before he sat down and spoke.

"We welcome you Peace Station! It is good to see your species has changed. While the EA may be a bit pessimistic about your changes we always hope for the best in every species." said Blue Moon, levitating a few pieces of fruit onto his plate.

Equestrian Fringe Space
The Ship transmitted a new signal, this time containing a file that showed how to properly translate the Equestrian language using computers
"The Diplomatic vessel shall be here shortly, if you have any questions, ask them now"
While I will have more main characters in the future, I will probably only introduce those who will be relevant to whatever arcs I have going on, so I don't end up having to many characters to keep track of
I need to think of a decent way to open up my first IC post.
Yeah, just adding your nation to the list. It already on the Empires list on the main page, so you just need to click on it and it should bring you to a page creation window.
I have aswell. Also if you could go to the wiki linked in the OP of the OOC that be great, we want to keep that up to date.
Equestrian Fringe Space, Random Lunar Warship

"How much longer we going to be sitting in this box of metal?" said one of the pilots to the navigator

"Few more hours, then someone else can take this ship and go on these boring scout runs." replied the Navigator "Hey, I am getting some signals from a foreign ship here"

"Standard procedure, raise shields and broadcast a message in machine code." said the Captain as the ship began to move towards the location of the signals. The Lunar Warship was another Equestrian ship that differed from the standard design style, mostly being a really dark color with black or white trimming. Missile pods and Balefire cannons were scattered about the hull, being a bit deadly to anyone unprepared for such a attack

"This is a scout ship for the Equestrian Empire, please state your name and intentions, we are calling a diplomatic vessel this way." was heard from a broadcasted signal from the Lunar Warship. The atmosphere on the ship went from boring to excited, it was rare to get to be apart of first contact.
Usually in the RP its been first contact then they work out trade deals and what not. As for kicking it off it make more sense for the Kuuros to come to the Equestrians. Again while the Equestrians replaced there Battle Fleets and Planetary Defense fleets there scouts fleets were left a bit empty. Most are scouting near Equestrian borders or scouting in areas for planets to expand to where there is no confirmed signals that would indicate a advanced civilization.
