I have an RP idea in mind where you play either a militarized task force designed to eliminate paranormal activity, or something akin to the Umbrella Secret Service.

I am trying to worldbuild god civs akin to the Time Lords or Xeelee, but so far I've yet to get anything concrete down. It is a tad frustrating, but I'll come up with something eventually. I hope.

@Obscene: And that is true. I might try that with a character I'm making for a fic actually. Though they'll be no-nonsense in a largely jovial kind of way.

Yeah. Static was just what popped into my head as the closest descriptor since those are less focused on the character's arc or internal struggle. Not the best wording to use admittedly.

I just want more protagonists with that same resolve, or barring that ones who aren't confused young adults looking to find their place in life analogues.

A war? Best of luck finding peace.

Well if all else fails I can always increase the space between them.

*Shrugs*

Anyway, I really must be going now. It was a pleasure to converse with you in the meantime, however.

*My avatar morphs back to its portal form and then closes, leaving you alone so far as the five senses can perceive*
<Snipped quote by Zyx>

Are you about to leave?

I am, sorry to say. There's more places on my bucket list that I'd like to visit, and apparently an impending galactic war inside of me I've got to clean up.
<Snipped quote by Zyx>

Some people close to me are much more into technology than I am. They'd probably understand what you mean.

I see. Perhaps I shall have a talk with them should our paths ever cross.
<Snipped quote by Zyx>

That's... certainly something I've never seen before.

It's just a bit of basic metric engineering, but I'm not surprised to hear that honestly. Most beings close to baseline don't usually hear of such things. Hell most are still busy trying to work out technologies like nanotech.
>Here's a link to my last post for when you get back on @Webmaster, that way you don't miss it. Also I'm thinking Aurus exits stage left after a a little more back-and-forth with what I assume to be Prism. Then I'll bring in Lucy.

We are at that. Is it safe for me to be standing here at all with what you're going to do?

Certainly. We're well out of range of the spacetime effect I'm about to unleash.

*Turns to face the planet, and what appears to be the mouths of two wormholes form in front of me. These are then enclosed within a bubble of warped spacetime. Sending it forward at close to the speed of light, I watch as it draws as close to the planet's surface as possible before snapping my fingers. Barely an attosecond later the bubble collapses, causing a destructive feedback loop with the enclosed wormholes that forces them to implode and release a majority of their energy into the surrounding area, destroying the world in the process*

That's a good approximation of some of the abilities I mentioned earlier.

*The wormhole stabilizes as a small black hole while the planet beyond it scatters into the surrounding space*

*Launches into the air, leaving a fading trail behind me*

*After a handful of AU we arrive at an ocean world, and I come to a complete halt, space returning to normal around me*

Ah! Here we are!
<Snipped quote by Zyx>

I don't think it would be a problem.

*Claps*

Alright then! Let's go find one shall we?

*Darts off, space lensing around me*
<Snipped quote by Zyx>

Hm... There's an uninhabited planet nearby, if that would work.

*Nods*

It should provided you've no issue with it disappearing.
