How you survived: We evacuated the civilians we went to Fort Atlas we secured the areas around then we built a wall made from parts and scraps the intact houses are a safe haven for civilians as Fort Atlas becomes a research center to find a way to destroy the monsters.

Technology: Due to combined efforts and budgets, UATMP has made tons of technological outbreaks.Science Fiction turned into reality.They have recently started working on laser weapons,They were able to build powerful laser weapons in 3 years but they still have not figured out on how to make it a portable weapon.Another invention they made are mechanized suits imagine being able to control a automaton using your body this project made U.A.M.T.P popular enough to be on the newspaper.They finished the project but were unable to find a power source.

He was peaceful so he had trouble harnessing his powers, He don't even know how to switch to a werewolf when its not full moon.

Bio: Leo's parents were not werewolves they were normal.Leo's life was happy with his life he was a top ranking student. he was smart.But this 'attribute' led him to a different path, During 7 pm he found a shadowy figure which he slowly followed, the figure entered a cave here he saw the creature being worshipped by cult, a cult member found him and said 'Grab the blood!' soon enough he was forced to drink blood from the fountain then he passed out.The next day he was in his bed and heavily beaten up.

He went to school the next day, during football practice he was extremely fast.He consulted his grandfather a supernatural expert he examined him then found out that he was a werewolf he gave Leo a watch before telling Leo's parents, Leo was enrolled to a school where he can learn to use his powers and harness them properly.
