OKay so far all the current characters have been accepted by me. If Kitty has a problem I'm sure she'll speak up.

Saarebas - Due to normal civilians, especially government officials, don't really grasp the differences in powers and stuff like that so they would treat all the same. Just as people with powers.

On the subject of Samuel, his powers are all granted to him through magic so just about every aspect of him is supernatural. Still he can due spell and even share the power with others if he knew how. Altogether he can do basic magic for now, but he'll be doing more as time goes on. Oh and of course he can do very intricate magic TRICKS and illusions lol.

Okay, I get why you would ask that and it's a bit iffy. I'm going to say yes and here's why. The REACH Act would most like be enacted as a world wide thing because the invasion would have caused panic world wide. Still even if not once you came to America you would probably be required.

I think you having a fake identity in the system would be interesting, but that decision should be made by the main gm(Kitty)

Stry - Alright. Looking good. Now you didn't specify but you should know when I think of enhanced strength I would see you at most benching 3 tons. I mean... That's nothing to scoff at. I mean it's currently superboy's strength level in the comics. Still um if you want more I'd say leave it at about 10 or a bit under. I only say because I hit my own in at 15 for now. Make sure to put your favorite DC character from any continuity you want somewhere in the CS,

Maxxor - you character looks fine. I'm not seeing any big problems. I assume the knives and shuriken will be used with the number one superhero rule in mind. Can't say anything about the baton because I'm pretty sure when Nightwing whips out the escrima sticks bad guys aren't going home happy. The guns shoot tranquilizers so not at all deadly. lol So no real problems. I think i can give you my seal of approval.

Necro - Overall I think youre character looks good. I thought at first we might have a problem since some villains are highly tech based, but you cleared that problem. Um... I honestly don't have a problem with hector. So I guess I can give my seal of approval to you too.
