Because this is such an open ended RP open to various ideas and the like I will allow you being a character from the future especially since it has been done many times before.
I'd say that after coming to the past you can no longer time travel without the help of another to supercharge you or an item like the Cosmic Treadmill.
And yes please change Mariko. Only because to my knowledge she is deceased and even with the universe changes it could be somewhat weird.

I've decided on Satana Hellstrom, so thank you for that.
Once I have the OOC up I'll be able to properly work on my two characters,

I began reading over Masaki's character being that she is a time traveller.
I'm not sure it would work out too well without constant supervision. Also I'm pretty sure Mariko is dead isn't she .__. In the comics anyway.
Another things, this is one of the things I'm clearing up in the OOC, which will be up later today, but the year is 2058-2059 give or take a few months.
You see, we started in 2023. Then, DarkThanos is created in 2051. He has been in power for roughly 7 years, making it 2058.
2023-2051 is about 28 years. Another 7 years makes it 35, hence the age cap.

I'll review other characters later because I need to go right now.

You want to play a canon character? Or an amalgam? or what? Keep in mind, most characters without a healing factor or some reason will probably be pretty old. If this is the case we'll need to discuss how they are currently still young, and/or virtually unaffected by the change, whereas other canon characters have been.

Now regarding the character sheets posted so far and the lack of an OOC,
I apologize. I was feeling really sick today and until now haven't really been out of bed, but I'm feeling a bit better, and should be ready to go tomorrow. The OOC has been started and should be up and ready to go by tomorrow. So I am hoping to complete the it and have you all ready. All I'm really doing is lengthening the opening of this interest check, copy and pastes some general rules and overall trying to add a few finer points. It shouldn't take too much time, but I'm still pretty tired so it will have to wait. Thank you all for expressing interest and I hope you understand :)

Well we'll likely jump around but I'm thinking we begin in either a city mash up. Maybe something like New Metropolis? New York and Metropolis or something. Somewhere interesting. Overall your base would be your choice, but where we meet up would be something we need to decide.
I would like to say the speed force exists, but would only be accessible to members of the Flash family. The X-Gene and the gene in metahumans I think is pretty similar if not the same. If it isn't regardless, the X-gene could take the place of that. couldn't it? I think this works.

Umm... I don't mind. However, at some point we will need to either take you down, put you behind bars for a bit, or have you join us to take down DarkThanos. But have fun ^_^

Dude if you can't think of anything or choose not to join it is all good. I'm just glad and somewhat surprised this much interest was expressed in the first plan. I thought nobody would like or buy into the idea at all XD

Would you mind a character who has super generic super-soldier like powers [He's at peak human condition.] and lots of magical/high tech armaments? I always really liked those characters.

I'd say go for the tech aspect and not so much magic.
Basic knowledge is all you really need. I'll do my best to fill in gaps.
Besides the story and concept is far from perfect itself and I do hope I'll be able to solidify it a bit more.

Honestly I'd say a 7 or 8. I mean its hard enough to grasp two universes bleeding over into each other, then there's the whole making amalgams, new histories, etc. The main reason I don't try a DC or Marvel Multiverse game is because it can get too confusing too quickly. I just happen to be above average in terms of comic book history and characters and such so it's easier for me to understand. I tried explaining how most of DC's stable of characters are from purchased companies like Wildstorm, Quality, Fawcett, Charlton, Milestone, etc. and it was like I was Einstein talking to a five year old. Though I think the idea I had in mind for a DC/Marvel Amalgam game would cater to everyone. The idea was rips in the space/time fabric have caused heroes and villains from the two Earths to cross over with Access trying to live two separate lives and deal with each problem as it occurs. What happens when the Carnage symbiote takes control of Hawkman? Or when Namor starts a war with the surface world and Atlantis but on the other Earth? Long story short would be Access creates a handful of new Amalgams to sort out the messes on the two worlds before all hell breaks loose and both planets are destroyed. Marvels of Millennium City still isn't picking up as I hoped it would so my Amalgam game [I basically just wrote a synopsis for above] will more than likely fill my 2nd RP void. ~KL~

So it's kind of like a mash up? That sounds pretty cool. I hope your's works out.
Overall though I really want to try and make mine work too. It's kind of like you know our main enemy is DarkThanos. He'll be nigh impossible to beat not to mention we'll have problems on earth too. Crime and crap doesn't simply. The world adapts.
I just figured with this basic concept and the idea of DarkThanos could bring the universes together. He could erase some people from existence if he wishes. During the convergence some could have mixed together. Like what if many of the canon heroes tried to beat him and lost. DarkThanos could simply erase them or send them away as punishment. What if during the mash up Martian Manhunter and The Vision somehow mixed into one hero? You never know what might happen when two universes collide. It doesn't have to be a simple crossover or amalgamverse. There are endless possibilities.
I just figured keeping things somewhat open ended like this could only further the possibilities and leave room to make for a great story.

I know that probably doesn't provide much more clarity, but it is the best I can do as of right now.
