Bio

Sometimes I pretend to be an airplane, because it discourages tripping and other clumsy acts, because any mistake I make is the death of innocent men, women and children.

...I swear I'm sane.

Are S.H.I.V's in the RP?

Derp, i think you should add some detail to that CS. How durable that crystal is? What are the maximum temperatures of Steve's fire magic and what volumes of fire can he produce at once and per turn? Is his staff really impervious just to? What are the distances he can teleport at and how would the 5 minute cooldown translate into roleplay terms?

Haha, sorry. I'm new to Arena RP >,< I might edit in some of your suggestions in though~

I think I already said the crystal was near indestructible. Added maximum temperature...stuff like that.
Welcome to teh place, person :D
A circle of flames announced the Insufferable Flaming Assholes entrance. He looked around, amused. "If I'm not...Interrupting anything," He looked at the big armored man with a blade and the angel-like being flying and the seemingly normal human, though, if he was sent here, the emphasis on 'seemingly' was strong. "Is this where I am meant to be to 'meet my doom' or whatever?" He looked around. "Certainly looks like it." He summoned his staff from its home. The arms of Telekinesis grasping it and pulling it to Steve at high speeds. He caught it, held it in both hands and glared at the armored lich, then the angel-like being and then the very fast human. Fire crackled around his staff, as he watched, anticipating an attack.
CS TIME

Name: He has many names. Mostly because he get's bored with one name after a hundred years. Current name? Steve.
Age: An age.
Aliases: Insufferable flaming asshole, the Pyrowizard, Pyro
Height: 5'3
Weight: 65lbs
Description: Wearing a red cloak that lets shadows cover his face, the Insufferable Flaming Asshole doesn't believe in armor, more that offence is the best defence. He has a staff, with a red, glowing crystal at the end of it. As long as the near indestructible crystal of fire remains unbroken, his staff will be impervious to most swords and magic and amplify his fire magic greatly.

Powers:

-Mastery of fire magic. Improved further by his staff. Base temperature of 2,000 degrees Celsius for focused attacks. Charging up his magic can heat up the fire even further. Unfocused bursts of fire are around 600 degrees Celsius.
-While not necessarily a power, with his short and light stature 'Steve' is very agile.
-Decent telekinesis. Not enough to lift a man, but enough to throw stuff at someone.
-Able to imbue weapons with fire without his staff. Favourite weapon is a sword.
-Able to teleport. Has a cooldown of five minutes. (For the purposes of this RP...Hmmm. Let's just say he can only teleport his way out of death one time out of five times. I. E, sword being swung repeatedly, could teleport out of the way for the first one, not the second third fourth and fifth one.)
-Staff is impervious to most weapons and magic unless the crystal is shattered.
Disadvantages:
-Shit at using water magic.
-If you break the crystal by using whatever rare metal can break it, congrats. You have weakened the Pyrowizards fire magic considerably. He can still fuck you up if you aren't careful though. However, the crystal is nearly as strong as the strongest metal on earth, so you'll need one hell of a weapon.
-Weak without magic or weapons.
Bump of teh OOC, bump of teh OOC...

Depends on the panic levels. Here's a rundown:> If panic levels are low (1 to 2) on all continents involved, leave it.> If panic levels will go to orange (4) and the difficulty is easy or medium, take the mission. If the difficulty is hard, it's probably not worth it.> If panic levels will go to red (5), then take it no matter what the difficulty.Obviously, prioritise the place with highest panic. Finally, some advice - don't rely on a single team! Make sure you have spares.

Ugh, that's my problem.

When I have my starting crew, I barely use the other people. I never bother with spares, only using my best group, so when one of them dies, I am in serious trouble because it's hard to level a rookie up to say, major and it's unlikely to get the same class as the dead guy.
Question.

If, let's say, some abduction missions show up and my best squad are away from being wounded and what's left is just one member of that team and quite a few corporals, rookies and squaddies, should I wait for them to recover or accept the abduction missions?
