Normally, people PM eachother and make a colab fight.

You're not allowed to kill the other person unless they say you can, for purposes of story.

They compare what each character is like, which one is better at this, worse at that, etc...

Just look at Arena RP, honestly. Read some of the IC stuff.

Speaking of 'strategy', I'm thinking of adding a soldier from X-COM: Enemy Unknown.

Maybe psionic(Basically, using their mind as a weapon, mind controlling bastards, causing dimensional rifts that damage anyone who steps in it, making people panic without reason through mind control.)

Or a mech.

Or a gene modded.

Or a normal one...Hm.
