Okay I edit it, he can use it all day but the highest he can go is over a half a mile (sorry I am not good with measurements...) . Correct, i think...there no natural countermeasure created by humans to counteract with his invisibility except touching, he can be detected when he gets touched.

Species: Bakeneko
The bakeneko (changed cat) is a type of Japanese yōkai, or supernatural creature. According to its name, it is a cat that has changed into a yōkai.
Powers:
Feline Physiology
With this ability he can have feline like abilities, like claw retraction, climbing, enhanced agility, balance flexibility, jump, strength, sense, speed, stealth and predatory senses.
Human disguise.
He has a humanish form (his cat ears and tail are showing) and a cat form; he likes to use his cat form most of the time. His original form is a small little purple haired kitty.
Weaknesses:
Most of his power is mostly used for his circus act so he is limited when it comes to fighting. His body may be strong enough to perform but he can still be easily knocked out. He is easily beatable with a one punch, kick or even magic. He loves the audience; he likes it when people watch and cheer so he focuses more on entertaining the audience then fighting.
Being sort of a cat has some bad things to mind. He can easily get high with catnip, his weak spot is when he gets scratched behind the ears causing him to completely become relaxed and loose, he can get lazy and not even bother to fight all of a sudden and he hates water. (stereotypical)
Human disguise
He may only be able to hold the form for limited periods of time; the longest he had was eight hours. May only shroud most of the user's non-human aspects instead of entirely. Users of Shape shifting Awareness can see through the disguise. Odd thing though when he turns to his original cat form his clothes left behind and when he goes back to his human form he doesn’t wear any clothes.
Invisibility
He can be detected by senses that don't depend on vision, smell, hearing, etc. Users of Invisibility Cancellation can make him visible. Rain may show his shape while invisible. His shadow is present when he is invisible. He is detectable at touch but his invisibility won't go away.
Personality
He may be a bit of a mystery; he may even consider himself as a Cheshire cat in Alice in wonderland. He loves to perform, being in a circus for most of his life he loved to flip, balance and all around have a good time. He enjoys performing to people, making them smile or laugh makes him feel happy. He has a love hate thing with his original form, since looking like a weak cat people can underestimate him but when they do he loves to surprise them. He may be sort of a prankster, he does like causing some trouble but not too often, he is mostly known in the circus for tricking people that he is a cat then turning human in front of them while he is naked.
Most of the time he will be on top of people, sort of standing above them and following them until he gets bored. He does love being a cat, lazing around near the sunshine, sleeping with no care of the world. Secretly he just wish to be human but he laughs when ever he thinks about it. In all in all he is pretty much an odd guy who loves to entertain and sleeping while he is a cat.

He really doesn’t want to say much about his past, sometimes he says his family left him behind and the circus found him or the acrobatics gave birth to him but he never says where he truly came from. As much as he can he wants to shroud his life with mystery, only telling tales of his performances. At the circus where he was from he was known as the Cheshire clown, as a human he spent most of his time practicing or training but when he is a cat he just loved to lie around and do nothing. He does know about being a Bakeneko he just minds it. He has been in the circus for a long time until when he was in town he received a note saying about Athalia academy. He didn’t want to go at first since he loved his job but he did wonder a world outside the circus so he decided to join and have fun.

“Sure!” Dani replied as they both entered the elevator. Zivon kept quiet for a while until the doors opened, he could hear the music form the event. ‘I wonder how many people will be there?’ he though for a while until Dani exclaimed "Sounds like there's a party somewhere around here!" Then he headed towards where the music was. "Come on, we don't want to miss it!" Dani said, Zivon ran and catch up with him. As they both entered the student center He was amazed… the lights and music had some sort of rhythm together, he liked the music it was odd but had a nice felling to it. There were other students were chatting about happily.
So many students…So many…His stomach felt weak, his legs were shaking and his breathing went a little too fast. ‘There so many…oh dear…’ He never expected to be this many, he shouldn’t have gone to the party but no he had too, he violently shook his head trying to get a grip of himself. To makes things worst his stomach since he didn’t eat much after breakfast at all started to growl louder. ‘Keep it together! Just don’t touch anything and nothing will turn to dust!’ After taking a couple of deep breathes he said, “Th-er-e is sur-ee a lot o-f peo-people here...” Trying to calm himself down with maybe a good conversation.

Before he could get in the elevator he heard someone.
"Hey, Zivon. Going to the party?" He turned around and saw Dani he greeted him with a wave. He had hadn’t seen him for a while since that hiding from Allen thing. “Hi Dan-i, yu-p I’m goin-g there, wanna go toge-ther?” He asked as he walked inside the elevator, at least he had seen a familiar face again.

“It’s at the top floor of this building. You can just follow these steps all the way up there, or you can use the elevator. I’m waiting for someone so I can't lead you there right away, but you don't mind waiting then you can follow me there.” The girl said.
“Oh than-ks…” He thanked the girl, slowly bowing his head. “Sorry...wasn’t watching where I was going” When he heard that he turned around and saw another red head but a guy wearing a red dress shirt, dark jeans and black loafers. Zivon smiled as a way of saying it’s okay then step away from the two. This is probably the person that the girl was waiting for. He stepped back a bit, somehow he noted that the two somehow looked like a couple in a way, outfits kind of matching, lightly blushing to each other. He felt rude for even thinking that but from the books he had read well it felt hinted.
‘Maybe I should go…’ He looked away for a while, he felt liked he should go to the student center by himself but he still felt like he could get lost after even after hearing what the girl said. It had seemed that his self-confidence went to good to downhill spiral. ‘Just asked if it is fine to follow, probably stay away from a good distance and that would be fine.’
“Um, I ho-pe you don’t min-d if I do foll-ow you g-uys, I wi-ll be a f-ar back an-yway...”
