"Oh" Phoebe laughed, "sure" she signed back "I can do that" she smiled at her friend, "When?" She started to eat, relaxing now, and smiled at Ryan when he came over.
”Tonight, in your room.” As she saw Ryan come over, Sue childishly smiled at Phoebe, teasing her with the boy. She repeatedly raised her eyebrows, being silly about it.
Kijani came over and signed to her: "I'm getting a haircut from Phoebe! Tonight! Want to come with? Girls' Night, almost. It'll be fun!"

Phoebe stared at Sue wide-eyed, "you don't realize how evil you look right now" she signed to her "what are you going to do with those scissors?" Phoebe watched Sue messing with them, and decided to just sit there calmly.
Sue’s crimson red hair had grown past her shoulder and though it looked nice on her she liked it short – usually just above shoulder. But she felt going one step further.
She explained this to Phoebe in sign, and concluded ”Help me cut it short? Up to my chin?” she gestured her hand horizontal and parallel to her chin, and grinned.
She saw Kijani just out of the corner of her eye, and with her hands hurried her to come over.
She grabbed Phoebe by the wrist and pulled her to her table. She rummaged through her bag and in the end pulled out scissors. Sue glared at Phoebe, and gave a sinister smile, she snipping the air with the scissors.
