I don't think any zombie topic movies or creative artwork has shown this:

How do girls manage their menstruation periods every month in the zombie apocalypse? I haven't read Max Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide ( there might be something there.) So... yeah. It's kind of worrying me since I don't think many people have thought about this and I have two twin girls :/

If the dates that are going on right now aren't done by the time I'm ready to go to sleep tonight, I'm starting the next day.

There we go!

Anthony chuckles at Sue's grimace and says, "I suppose it's an acquired taste." He pauses for a moment then responds, "I love knowing the way people think, what makes them tick, I suppose. I hate it when people with super powers look down on or ignore 'normal' humans like me. I'd much rather have knowledge than physical strength because if you know enough, you can substitute technology for brawn, but not vice versa." He eats a few bites and takes a sip of wine then asks, "Enough about me, however. Tell me about yourself."

Sue paid attention to Anthony’s facial expressions while he spoke. He had the face of a winner that would do anything to succeed. He truly did, and he spoke of values that related to the both of them. She remembered the day Anthony talked about to Superman, of all superpowered beings, affirming his stance as an equal. She wondered if she was even close to being an equal to him. On the battlefield, he definitely had an advantage. But under the moonlight, with some food that was quickly gone, the gaze of the stars watching over the two of them, each was their own, and Sue liked it.

”I was born unable to speak, so I had to figure out different ways to catch people’s attention. First it was selfish, but then I realized I actually had talents in many of the art forms. I’m not exactly a prodigy but I have become quite selfless about it; I want to share with people my passion about the arts. I draw instead of write my notes, I dance constantly, and my music is abreast with the capricious trends. I wanted to become a dance instructor of all kinds of dance forms, rocking out to all kinds of loud music and gathering the crowds for performances that were going to be one-of-a-kind….

Then my powers came, and that vision seems impossible now; I can’t listen to anything louder than a bee’s hum without potentially destroying a building…”

It looked like they finished all of their food, and the wind picked up and Sue shivered in the cold. She wrapped her chest with her arms.

”But then I realized! I can be a superhero like my dad, and still be able to spread my love for the arts! That’s why I’ve been dancing and playing music whenever I fought Mimic and imaginary Hulk. Mimic did tell me off one time that I was going to end up as a one-trick pony…

And to that I say: No way! I am going to be better! Just you wait!”

She improperly held her glass of wine and chugged it down. She reacted violently, gagging but nothing came out. She regained posture the next second. She stuck out her tongue in disgust.

She let out a gaseous burp, with no emitted sound. She moved over to Anthony’s side and leaned against his arm. She signed in front of them: ”You smell nice…” and proceeded to close her eyes, still shaking in the cold. She was tired, but she wanted to stay. She was starting to like Anthony more.

Anthony lights two lanterns and sets them at the edge of the clearing to provide a little more light without detracting from the beauty of the stars. He pours Sue a glass of the wine before answering, "I've never been overly proficient in just telling about myself. I'll tell you a little about my life before the Academy, but if you'd like to know anything else, you'll have to ask." Anthony makes Sue a plate of food as he continues, "My mother died shortly after I was born, so my father handled most of the decisions concerning my upbringing. He ensured that I received top of the line education with an emphasis of the major empires and societies of history. Along with learning a great deal of world history, I was taught to the benefit of being multilingual, so I taught myself the Romance languages. I graduated from Yale at the age of eighteen with a Doctor of Psychology degree. After that, I spent a year in various South American countries, especially Argentina, simply enjoying the vastly different cultures. For the next two years I built a real estate business, along with various other business ventures." He begins to eat some of the appetizers that he had made for Sue earlier while waiting for the questions to begin.

Sue frowned at first when she heard about the death of Anthony’s mother, but then she giggled, taking huge bites of food from her plate and settled it down, come the impressive list of feats at such a young age. She signed to Anthony: ”Nerd.”

Sue expected only as much coming from the Luthor. The mortal man that rivalled a superbeing as powerful as Superman spawned a son, and he was just as talented as the old man was.

”I never knew my mom. I have no idea who she is. All I know is that whatever I don’t see myself from dad, I know my mom had it. Like my height! Oh, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but underneath my red hair is a bit of natural blond hair from my dad! But I digress; tell me more about you. What do you like? What do you hate? What makes Anthony Luthor Anthony Luthor?”

Sue made advances to get more food from the basket, after finishing her plate in almost an instant. She sipped the glass of wine but set it down, shaking her head with a grimace.

Anthony laughs, "As you wish." He puts some plates, utensils, and glasses in the basket, then says, "De cette façon, madame." He leads Sue to the top of the hill that houses his lab and begins to set up the picnic.

The walk to the top of the hill was dark but the stars illuminated the path just enough for the two to see where not to step. It was a clear hill with no shrubbery or forestry. The moon was a way’s yonder but it still looked massive with the clear dark, sequenced sky.

Sue watched as Anthony settled down the blanket and basket and laid out the make-shift eating area for them to talk and consume. Under the moonlight much of Anthony’s features were dimmed but she could still make out the dark shadows of his eyes and the colours of irises. She knelt down onto the blanket and waved to catch his attention:

”So, scrub: tell me more about yourself. Be as open as the navy blue sky.” she concluded the sentence looking up briefly at the night.

The last time she’d truly seen such a beautiful scene was during one of her camping trips with another boy. He faired against her quite well, but ultimately she decided that she was far too excited and involved with life to be stuck in one place. She’d seen a vision and she wanted to pursue it.

But now that vision was lost, and a new one in its place, all blurry and jumbled, and Sue couldn’t help but feel lost. That was the point of making friends in the Academy. And perhaps… Anthony was more than just being a gentleman. If he wanted to succeed in having Sue be with her, she needed to see way more than kindness and compliments, no matter how much Anthony had exposed himself.

Anthony glances at Sue with an eyebrow raised and signs, "We're having a picnic, remember? I'll bring one bottle of wine so you can try it, but do you want me to bring anything else to drink?" While waiting for an answer, Anthony grabs a bottle of Noemia Malbec wine from his wine cooler.

”Oh. I’m sorry… I’m just really hungry and I get cranky if I don’t eat in the first few seconds. I haven’t been congenial or lady-like at all. I’m sorry.”

She walked to and looked through the kitchen fridge to see what she could get and she founded a fresh new jug of orange juice. What seemed like chocolate, she snuck into her pocket.

After popping off the cap and taking a might swig of her citrus liquid gold, she signed, struggling with her one hand holding the jug, ”I’ll have this! Now let’s go, let’s go!”
That is way more interesting than my posts have been the past few days. haha.
