Good morning, everyone!
Hey, Knight

Since you'll be replying while I'm asleep, I'll put Sue on no-reply mode.

The bodyguards will most likely be escorting you out politely anyway. Please keep this in mind!

You can engage in conversation with them, but really they will not give you anything solid.

Just now that Sue does Area-of-Effect damage with her ability.

Silence was all but ordinary and common, unwelcomingly accepted to Sue. The plastic cutlery pierced with much resistance into the hard food, the spork and knife shimmering tan – bending but held strength. Her notes and stationary were placed next to her. This was her assumed seat for the upcoming class, whatever it was. Her schoolbag was also placed, underneath her chair.

The room was brightly-lit, windows that shone a casual sheen of warmth and light, the Sun at an angle not too aggressive to the classrooms. Air-conditioning removed the still air and hence the presence of the aroma of her food. The bodyguards, since then, moved out of the classroom, their footsteps echoed around the classroom, indicated that they’d move away from the door. If it was made too obvious of Sue’s whereabouts, she could get caught easily, guards overtaken in one place. So they were spread out evenly and strategically for her protection. What people must think of her...

Anthony casually follows Sue into room 302 and coughs slightly to get her attention.

He might as well have screamed, as the cough was just as loud as if someone had yelled out from across the room.

Quickly, she held her finger to her mouth, gesturing the tall man to keep quiet. She knew it was a rude gesture, and it was her go-to warning. She hoped he knew sign.

”Hi”, with a worried smile.
Alright, heading out for lunch, 12;46 pm here haha.

So I'm in class, eating my lunch. Class shouldn't start so soon so you guys don't have to go to Room 302 so soon

We need to have an end-goal somehow, it feels like such endless drift.

We have tasks for now, but not a goal. I hope we can figure out our goal soon :)

The reason Sue entered the cafeteria later than the rest was because the group of men in black had a course of diversion so as to bide time. It was intended for her to come in at the latest possible moment so it wouldn’t be as noisy. People were less noisy when eating than when they were hungry and lining up.

She walked along the middle of the aisle between the rows of tables, though it was more of a run than the saunter she was used to. Her tray of food was ready for her at a table far away. She caught a glimpse of Jack, but she was not allowed to sit next to them. No, Sue had to sit where it was quiet. It’d have been easier for her to eat in a park nearby, but it was far too inefficient, and far too insecure. They had to make do with risking a possibility of a concussive blast that would blow up the whole Academy for her to eat.

She sat on the table next to another table, with a girl who was reading a book. Her tray was plentiful and varied for healthy proportions and flavor. It was plenty more than what the others had, but she didn’t really eat a lot. The men dispersed and allowed space for her to eat. She’d really hope for a day without them but that seemed unlikely.

Between each spoonful, she would look around, hoping to catch the eye of Jack further down, or the girl to the right. Heck, the silent girl had more luck in attracting people to her table. Unsuccessful, her tray was unexpectedly brought up, and she was forced up to the exit of the cafeteria. The noise was steady-high, and things were rattling and moving around. It was getting obvious and she had to be moved away.

She was moved to an empty classroom, which turned out to be Room 302. She was already in class, ready for class, eating her lunch. Special girl.
I post like, twice a day.

Today was an exception since I woke up early enough to catch up, but I read everything. It's what I do as a law student. I can recap :D

He nodded as she went up. It was a bit odd what they were doing. He had no idea about her. Just that she was someone he was talking to. He looked at her and say down next to her. He was curious as to who she was. That was new. It also sort of felt nice to be helping someone for a change instead of having to fight them. This must be what heroics felt like. Sort of new. He looked at her. Who was she? Villain? Good guy? Well he sort of wanted to find out. He looked at her. "So? Can I ask you about you? I mean your family and such. Unless you don't want to. " he signed. He then told her about his family "One brother. Ben, the guy who hurt his ankle. My dad is a hero. Me and Ben take after him " he said finishing signing. He looked at her wondering what she was like.

Sue signed, “Sean Cassidy” , signed each letter to form the name. “My dad is Banshee.” Since there was no real sign movement for banshee, she reclined backwards and drew forward, mouth open in an attempt to show screaming, much like her dad would. She realized how bizarre that must have seen, so she looked away from him.

She signed, while looked away, that she never knew her mom. It had always been just her and dad. She was born to him when he had just retired, when hitherto was one of the greatest superheroes and allies to have had because of how potent his ability to manipulate sound was. Naturally Sue was to have a sound ability to go along, yet Sean Cassidy was worried as to how destructive this would end up being. So he was protective of her, which explained the handlers. She made it a point to explain to Jack that the handlers were going to just take her away anytime she wanted, and he should not be shocked by it. Nor should he follow. She could hear him, and therefore, let the others hear. That would send the wrong message, following a high-priority target.

“I’m dangerous.”

Hank pulls out his watch and sighs when he see's the time. "Anthony and Kiljani, you'll have to take the test at the end of the day, we've run out of time. You all have one hour for lunch, after which you need to report to room 302. Once the class in there is over, you must sit through three elective classes. Good day." He passes John on his way back inside and says, "Attend to the wounded. If it drains too much energy, stop by the nurse before lunch."

She gestured for Jack and her to go and have lunch. But before they could stand, one of the bodyguards was there already to pick her up. “I don’t think we’re going to eat together,’ she frowned to him. As she stepped down to the bodyguard, she signed behind her back “Don’t try and find me. I’ll know if you do.”

She realized echolocation was a thing she could do, reverberation and resounding, and she hoped he’d seen it. She wouldn’t want him to get into trouble, son to a superhero or not.

She turned around one last time, and waved.
Sue

Brought down by the strong boy, he gestured for her to sit back down at the bleachers in the gym. It was a good start to this …friendship? She was afraid of saying such a word. She was worried of how any friendship she formed might turn out given the scrutiny of attention paid to her. Was this guy good, bad or neutral? Who were his parents, siblings, relatives? Should Sue be scared for her life like that one acidic guy?

Space left for her to sit with Jack. She might as well, but she wished it wasn’t as close to the front. So before they did anything, she signed:

“Hey. Thank you, really. Do you mind we move up however?” gesticulating to her earmuffs and the people around them. “It’s okay if you don’t want to.”

Before she watched him reply, she held her breath mid-way and just walked up. It was getting a bit much for her, and she could see the armed guards taking an interest to where she stood, and Jack. Her steps rushed and hurried, taps loud and resounded through her ears.
