I'll be there tomorrow then.
Ahh. Alright then. Chances are he'll flake out but, I just wanted to check to be sure.
I have another person who says they might want to join. If you're not too swamped, do you think we can bring them in? I've known this guy for a LONG time and he's definitely awesome to roleplay with. He'd be a great addition. If we have the room. :3
Home, and the chatroom's dead? :U
Sounds like FUN. Also, I'll be back home in a bit, if you want to continue. :3
I'm available and I am here :D
Sweet! I'll be there. :D
I never really got into Nation roleplays all that much mostly because I see it as too removed from being... personal? I don't know. It's definitely an interesting concept to run a nation and see how they interact, but at the same time I could just play Dwarf Fortress and get the same result by looking through the legends files and learning how the civilizations generated had interacted with each other. In newer versions I could probably even define how they interact myself as I continue playing and making fortresses that interact not only with existing civilizations but even fortresses that I've created myself. Could be really interesting...

I'm pretty sure this is your most successful GM'ing experience to date. Or, at least to me it certainly seems like that. There's just something about Aurora. I imagine it could be very interesting to have as a Nation Roleplay. Just as fun as it is playing the singular characters we've made already. Oh, reminds me... I should be building a sheet for Mathras and send it to you sometime.
Yeah there are a lot of interesting original worlds out there, but Aurora is the one that has stolen my heart now. I really can't even do roleplays outside of it because it's just. I don't know many. There's something about being able to create such great lore within such a massive universe. It adds an immense amount of diversity to the roleplaying content you can have. That and I just love playing as the characters I've made. I can't really bring them outside of Aurora because they're kind of thoroughly ingrained in its mythos. Like, they wouldn't make sense outside of it.

:U
That's where I used to roleplay back in 2006. I thought it was a good idea at the time but apparently it's really not. A lot of people just really fucking suck at roleplaying. The place isn't designed for it and I should proooobably know better by now.
