-Spectre- I'm not sure. We weren't able to analyse exactly what surfaces counted as "shadows". The definition is not "areas which have no light shining on them" is incorrect, because one can see the surface of a lot of shadows that he goes out of.

What are valid protections?
-Spectre- He can't seize the minds of anyone else the way he did ours, so no extra mental shielding is needed. He will likely attempt kidnapping--we've gathered that he wants to kill by destroying the soul, which takes him a while. He travels through shadow, but there is a distinctive rippling noise, seconds before he appears, so one can be prepared for his attacks.
