It is "useful," but for a different reason. Incredibly useful magics wouldn't have been lost due to how useful they are. Lost Magics seem to be very specific.

-Spectre- That's why I added the stipulation "often at once". It's useful in a relatively terrifying manner. Though I don't understand what significance "specific" has. Most magics are specific.
