It is the same chance as the aRcane penalties, 5% light armor. 15% medium armor etc.
But I think I've given him way too many penalties at this point even for this normal average character (low spell selection, lack of equipment, curse), I'm just going to remove that chance of failure - so he isn't a total drag to the party. He is a divine spellcaster afterall and normally would not be hindered by such. That restriction was uneccesarily added foR the lore friendly side of me, who usually has no qualms handicapping gameplay to reinfoRce story.
The greek nuMerals above each description denote the casting points as well as their level. I thought it would be apparent enough with the words 'spell points' in there?
I ought to let you know I don't play dnd. If you want players who memorized the whole 7(I think?) guidebooks before playing, I'm not that someone. I'm a roleplayer who chanced upon this and decided to give it a go. If I'm not welcomed, let me know.
I find it best to verify what something is, so we know we're on the same page.
And D&D experience is certainly not required, good storytelling and character skills are. That's the premise of the RP.
