Name: Avaline “Ava” Wise

Age: Eleven

Gender: Female

Appearance:

Personality: Ava is strangely calm all of the time. She always talks with a relaxed voice and her body language mimics this. Her muscles never seem tense and her eyes have a slight cloud to them that makes it seem like she might not always be 'there'. Ava also doesn't get stressed out or scared easily. She is also extremely respectful. If you are older then her then she will listen to anything you say and will do anything you ask her to. Also, like most other children, Ava loves to talk to other people. She can make a conversation out of almost anything, however this sometimes comes as a bad thing since she doesn't understand when she needs to be quiet. She also had the tendency to turn things into games, maybe as a way of dealing with fear and stress.

On rare occasions Ava sometimes falls into tantrums. These are seemingly random, one time she might be able to deal with something but the next time it might set her off. For instance, getting slapped might not seem to effect her while stubbing her toe might cause her to scream and cry.

Skills: Does being a totally adorable child count as a skill? Hey, getting on peoples good sides is useful in prison. She also is relatively good at running, jumping and climbing, but she is no master of these. Her senses are rather advanced, so I guess you could add 'really good at eavesdropping' to her list of skills.

Abilities:

Equipment: Nothing currently.

Brief Backstory: How much of a bio can a eleven year old have? Going along with this, Belle cannot remember much about her life before her powers began to expose. From a young age Belle had been told to keep her powers under control by keeping her emotions always in check. This kept her from going to school like other kids, and kept her away from making relationships with other people other then her parents. Belle often felt guilty about her powers, she made her parents fear her unintentionally. Anything could set her off into a deadly rage. There were times when Belle suddenly woke up to her parents huddling in a locked bedroom, trying to keep Belle out.

Soon the family began to receive threats from neighbors, calling Ava a beast and a monster. All in all, Ava was never given a strong foundation of anything as a kid, except for a strong survival sense, which has lead to her being weak academically. She can do only the simplest reading, writing and mathematics. Ava eventually grew tired of her the constant fear. She even feared herself. She decided the only thing left to do was to run away from home. Ava doesn't consider her a superhero of any sort, because of her weak grasp on her powers.
Alrighty :D I'll reformat and post ASAP
tch...I just glanced through the characters and noticed her power is similar to anothers, she is kinda like a werewolf. Well only sorta but still.
Are characters still being accepted? Also is there a minimum age? I have a character I would love to adapt for this world!
Luca, at first, didn't notice the world around her change and swirl. She was way too occupied looking into the eyes of the demon. She wasn't sure why, just a few moments ago she was excited to hunt and kill and now all she wanted was to stay were she was and not move. And then all of a sudden she was freezing cold, wishing for a moment that she was back in her warm and fuzzy Lycan form. But the cold didn't seem to bother her for long, as Luca soon had a big smile on her face. This place, despite it's creepy factor, was totally awesome! She had never seen anything like it. She happily bounded around the strange place, listening to her howls and laughter echo and bounce around. She then remembered why she was there, turning back to the demon as he began to speak. So whatever this place was, he had created it. She would never understand demons.

So this guy wanted to talk, she wasn't about what but that could be asked later. He was asking her if she had any questions, but none really came to mind. She knew she wouldn't be able to understand if he tried to explain how he made this strange realm, or even if he tried to explain how it worked. Lycans were a bit too simple minded. He mentioned that she had made it easy for him, which she almost took as an insult. But that hardly mattered now. She wanted to have this little chat or whatever, then get back to her hunt. She bet the other supernaturals were already making kills, and Luca didn't want to miss fresh meat.

She nodded to the man as she sat down, amused how the chair seemed to hover slightly in this strange void. "I guess I want to know how I can be of help to you, mister demon."
Character Sheet

Name: Luca Evans
Nickname: None really, some people call her Lu or Grease for her love of hair product.
Age: Seventeen
Gender: Female
Relationship Status: Currently taken by an NPC still on the Ark.
Appearance:
Crime: Consumption of alcohol, minor pill infraction, violence towards law enforcement.

Parents: Merry and Abe Evans, they greatly resent Luca for her criminal activity and were fully for sending her away as punishment. Despite this they still love her, but just wished they had sent her down the right path.
Friends: Luca actually had a lot of friends, many of them associated with crime. Most of them went un caught when it came to the crimes they committed. Luca threw herself under the bus to keep them from getting in trouble.
Partner: A very timid and very kind girl named Lynn. Luca often refers to her as the Stars in her Space. She lives on the Ark, never once breaking the rules. She was heart broken to see Luca leave.

Personality: Luca really doesn't seem like that bad of a kid. She doesn't seem like a likely match for someone committing crimes. She is rather impulsive, jumping to conclusions or being the first one to run down a dangerous path. This is likely due to her high energy, which always seems to be unending. Her rather fun-loving nature also doesn't seem to fit her criminal record. She is extremely loyal to whoever leads her, often carrying out tasks without second thought. And while all of this is rather fine, she can get extremely violent and rebellious when times call for it. Her boyish tendencies also often get her in trouble.

Likes: Sleeping in, stargazing, video games, chocolate, alcohol, hearing stories.
Dislikes: Adults in positions of power, loud noises, vaccinations, people who chew loudly.
Talents: Fighting, taking direction, carrying out orders, navigation.
Biography: Luca was gifted with a rather cushy and privileged life. Her parents were strict yet still understanding and tried to provide anything Luca needed. They shielded Luca from any of the impurities that the Ark held, telling her that flakes were law breakers, and law breakers were not needed in society. But living such a comfortable life left Luca very curious and rebellious. She wanted to know more, and she wanted to try new things. She was tried of being one of the perfects in society like her parents were. She wanted to meet new people, and so she did.

She began to meet kids like her, kids who wanted to find the most in life. She began to get involved in the smuggling of alcohol and drugs, nothing major. They were mostly pills or herbs stolen that might give some desperate kid a high. Luca, always the curious teen, ended up trying out some of the things she was transporting, and was eventually caught. Luca could barely stand to be in the presence of her parents, their disappointing looks bore holes in her.

Weapon Type: Sledgehammer, or any blunt weapon.
Weapon Appearance:

Other: She doesn't like talking about how she got caught and will get angry if someone asks.

I reallllly hate writing bios. I also hate grounders.

Like Winter said, gangs were never really a thing. But I think drugs would work, maybe not the heavy stuff, but maybe pills? -Shrugs-

Point taken, and since even minor crimes could be punished that would work just fine.
I had waaaaay too much fun writing my post.
Cordelia often couldn't tell when she was asleep and when she was awake. Most of the time her dreams intercepted with the reality around her. But now it was clear to herself that she was dreaming. She could feel the warmth of steam on her face, the delicious smell of tea and cakes drifted through her body, and she was with her mother and father. And they were not on cell phones or frantically typing out a work email. And her brothers and sisters were nowhere to be seen. It was only the three of them, having tea.

She was immediately shaken from her peaceful dreams by the sound of one of her older sisters screaming in her ear. "Have fun at the loony bin Mouse!" Cordelia rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She was packed in her parents car, all of her brothers and sisters surrounding her. Cordelia's father was at the wheel, looking far too focused on the road and driving then to reprimand this children for their cruelty. All of the sisters and brothers began to cackle, some of them meowing or clapping their hands together loudly just to her a reaction out of her.

Her mother had a cell phone pressed against her ear, a pinky shoved into the other one to block out the noise in the car. She was talking loudly, trying to communicate with whoever was on the other end of the line. "Yes sir, I will be at work on time today, I have to run a quick errand it won't take long." An errand. Dropping Cordelia off at the mental hospital was a mere chore to her parents. Cordelia swallowed, keeping her mouth closed and her eyes cast downward as her siblings continued their belittling.

The car ride seemed to take an eternity, and she couldn't even sleep.

As soon as the car parked and turned off her, siblings poured out into the parking lot. They danced and laughed with glee. "Cordelia's a loon! The Mouse is a crazy loon!" Her mother, a cell phone still pressed to her ear, took a moment to cover the mouth piece on her phone, leaning over her children. "Please kids, lower the volume mommy is on a very important call." Her father simply grunted an agreement as he began to herd the wave of children towards the building, Cordelia following behind.

It was her parents idea to bring along the entire family to say goodbye to Cordelia. They currently filled the waiting room as her mother finished off the last of the paperwork, and her father typed out an email on his phone. The siblings laughed and ran around, still jeering and snorting and squeaking. Cordelia kept silent. She wasn't entirely sure what was happening, all she hoped was this was just a dream.

Once the final paper works were completed and a nurse was on the way, her mother squatted down to have one final and tender moment with her daughter. "My darling daughter, we will all miss you so." And yet Cordelia could hear her siblings in the background, decided who would get what of Cordelia's belongings. As her mother tired to corral the children out the door, all of whom grabbed a lollipop from the jar on the receptionists counter, her father came over. He let out a soft grunt, ruffled Cordelia's hair and then left.

The sound of a door closing had never been so loud.

Cordelia sat in the waiting room for only moments alone, for soon a nurse came for her. "Hello Darling, I've come to take you to your room." A soft voice answered her, "I've come to take you to your room." Cordelia mimicked, the nurse said nothing as she ushered her along, maybe she had already heard it all.
