Name: Eleanor “Ellie” Ruby

Apox Age Range: She is guessing anywhere between 20 and 25

Room Items:

1: A vase full of sunflowers, strangely not wilted. Picture

2: A map of constellations. Picture

3: A thick set of quilts Picture. Sewed into the blanked was a silver band, which Ellie quickly placed on her finger. Picture

4: A picture of two women posing together. Even though the picture is blurry Ellie can recognize herself as one of the two women. Looking at this picture too long fills Ellie with mixed emotions.

5: A pair of bird-shaped thread scissors Picture

Self Assessment: Ellie feels strangely relaxed and calm, despite the strange circumstances. Perhaps being in enclosed spaces doesn't worry her. She had trouble waking up however, as if her eyes were being weighed down. She blames this on how comfortable she felt in the dead silence of her room, maybe she is used to sleeping in loud places. Once she was finally able to move around she looked over her body. Ellie smiled when she looked over the various tattoos on her body, thinking they must hole some personal connection. She noted that her hair had to be naturally curly, seeing how she had no product or curling irons, and that her body was rather lean and athletic. Despite this she noticed she was having trouble breathing, she couldn't take a full breath without wheezing. The sound of Ellie's own voice in her silent room was startling to her, so she is keeping quiet.

Personal Profile (Under Development.): The first thing Ellie had noticed in her room was the vase full of flowers. Smelling them filled Ellie with a deep feeling of nostalgia. Perhaps she had grown sunflowers at some point, or sunflowers were often gifted to her. A silk bow wrapped around the vase suggested the later. The map of constellations Ellie couldn't help but smile at. She found the chart easy to read and understand, maybe she studied or practiced astronomy. The silver band Ellie quickly assumed played an important role in her romantic life, yet it lacked the embellishments of a regular wedding ring. Ellie guessed that this meant that Ellie was either rather poor or not into diamonds. That or the ring served a different purpose. The bird-shaped thread scissors, or at least that was what Ellie decided to call them, proved a bit of a mystery to Ellie. She really didn't think of herself as the crafty type, so sewing seemed out of the picture. The picture was something Ellie was struggling just to look at. She could identify herself in the blurry picture, but is unable to make out the other person. Could it be a friend? Mother or sister? Partner? Ellie couldn't tell.

Bear: Just looking and holding the bear makes Ellie feel safer. She isn't sure why.

Journal: The journal is mostly blank but several, random, pages have markings within them that Ellie cannot understand.

Updated a few more details on Kaba's sheet :D
Merry had not seen the other squad member approach her, she had been too busy fumbling with her uniform, trying to get comfortable. “Squad fahr?” Merry spoke with a thick, almost muddled, accent. She fumbled through the pockets of her uniform for a few moments before pulling out a wrinkled piece of paper. It looked as if it had been creased and uncreased many times. Merry quickly glanced over the writing on the paper, confirming what she was about to say. “Funny yew ment'on that name. 'M lookin' fer Sergeant Harald as well.” Merry happily extended a hand out to the other man, a grin on her face. “'M name's Merry! Looks like we're gon'a be fightin' together!”

After giving the man a firm handshake Merry put her hands on her hips. “I suppose we ought ter go find-” Her thought was quickly cut off by an extremely powerful bellow. Merry grinned, normally she would be upset if someone just yelled in her ears. But knowing that such a strong voice belonged to their leader made up for the discomfort. Merry leaned over towards Felix, a smile on her face as she stood at attention towards her new leader. “Well i' looks like 'e found us.”

Merry listened closely to her new leaders, still grinning with excitement. But she couldn't help but feel a horrible anxiety build up in her as the sounds of explosions seemed to be getting louder and closer.
Merry was absolutely dying. The temporary uniform she had been given was absolutely sweltering. A long sleeved, button up, shirt and pants. Both of which were made out of a heavy cloth material. Merry was sure this aided in the protection of the soldiers, and knew she would become used to it. But the sudden change in climate from the mountains to here was overwhelming for the young engineer. As soon as the group of new recruits had been dismissed Merry was off to find the nearest patch of shade. She rolled up the sleeves of her shirt and the legs of her pants, trying to desperately shed off some heat.

With a soft sigh, Merry leaned up against the outside wall of a building. She glanced up on the sign hung above the entrance, it was a bar. She briefly contemplated going inside to get a glass of water, knowing full well that she wasn't old enough to buy anything alcoholic, but knowing herself she would likely cave and buy a soda. She wiped the sweat off of her flushed face, feeling a new crash of nerves. If she was getting this weakened and worn out from the heat would she ever survive a fight? With another sigh Merry looked around at the other recruits, trying to remember anything about the squad she had been assigned into.
I just got home from work, and will have a post done ASAP!
