Is it bad that I got excited to see that there was one more post after almost 24 hours of IC radio silence? I wanna get things started, but need to wait for all of the intros...
Alright, I'll start working on an OOC and try to have it up in the next 48 hours. Ideally I'll have it done in 24.
The basic concept is sound, but I'd prefer a little more info on the story or background please. Don't leave me hanging like that, (wo)man.
I'm very in. Thoroughly enjoy SAO
The Story

You are a hardworking guild member (or leader), and you live in the Guild District in the town of Riventown, trading capital of the continent. It has a nice port with the many merchant Guilds that set up shop to buy and sell with those docking at the Aerodome. There are a few mischievous Guilds planning to steal some of the cargo, with a few security Guilds patroling the Aerodome in an attempt to ward off said bandits. Riventown is also a half day's walk from two other cities that you don't go to, so you can't think of their names. Someone in your Guild mentioned them the other day... Oh, forget it, but they are out there. There's a small mountainous region in the south tip of Riventown, with a mountain range that continues all the way to the southern tip of the continent.

One day, you are going about your Guild's business, when a very large, black cloud starts hovering in the distance. Doesn't seem too odd until it expands, growing larger by the second until every inch of sky you can see is covered by this dark cloud. You run back to the guild to confirm that everyone else saw this happen, and try to figure out what's going on when, all of a sudden, This large, raven-like creature swoops down below the clouds, landing in the middle of the Guild District of town. Someone says the exact opposite of what you're thinking: "Psh, we can take that." Your guild leader doesn't agree or disagree, but quickly, quietly, and solomnly leads a battle party out to the Raven.

Who will you be? The leader that knows what's happening and leading his troops, the cocky kid who is in the front of the pack waiting for action, or will you be left in the Guild House until they return because you're not really a fighter, but a negotiator? The story will be starting in Tactics Advanced (2) fashion: thrown into combat.

The Rules

- Please be kind to everyone in the OOC, and show respect.
- Don't godmod, play anyone else's character in major ways, derail too hard, flame, bash, etc.
- Please try to tell me if you won't be able to play for a long time, so we can figure something out. In that spirit, I'll probably ask for a co-GM in case stuff keeps me away for a while.
- Please choose your class(es) from here: http://finalfantasy.wikia.com/wiki/List_of_Final_Fantasy_Tactics_A2:_Grimoire_of_the_Rift_Jobs

Guild Roles:

Leader - Leads, gives assignments, does paperwork, accepts/declines jobs, chooses who can join, etc.
Duelist - Top pick for 1v1 skirmishes. Descent, but not excellent, in a skirmish.
Tracker - Effective at hunting down and killing monsters. Usually goes on monster hunting quests.
Gatherer - Very perceptive and is first to be sent on missions focused on collecting or retrieving items.
Healer - Your main job is healing and/or buffing your allies. Always advised to have at least one in a skirmish party.
Tank - Tough-skinned individuals with high power who are best for defending a position. Typically sent on escort missions.
Ranger - Excellent at ranged battle, picking and debilitating enemies from long distances, but a bad idea to get in their faces.
Sorcerer - Mage tank, throwing out heavy hitting offensive spells and taking spells like they're a level 1 magic missile.
Debilitator - Your job is to inflict statuses on your opponents, making it harder for them to fight.
Sneaker - A rogue-ish character who avoids a lot of hits, and deals moderate damage, usually having a way of going invisible.
Diplomat - You're a talker who goes and negotiate with other clans and merchants. Also keeps track of Guild money, reporting directly to the Guild Leader.
Diversionary - Just a distraction. Lookie over here, everyone!
Captain - leader of a skirmish party. Guild Leader hands you jobs that your party is assigned and you lead the troops.

Please don't take this as a "say so if you're interested", I want to try to make this happen, so if you don't like something please tell me (in constructive criticism). I'm not great at writing out opening stories, and this isn't necessarily a final draft for the background/lead-in story, but it's a rough draft of one.
@ScienMalefica: It's not really an upgrade, it's just different scales. Chemical transmutation works on a chemical/molecular level, while Cecelia's works on a reality level, not changing the chemical makeup of the object, but essentially creating an illusion that has the same physical properties as the object she imagines. If she doesn't know the inside of something, then the inside of the original object doesn't change. Therefore,if Cecelia didn't know the inside of a gun and how it worked, then the only part of Fluffy to change would be the outside.
@Ontos: Kinda heavy at first, but the overarching plot is going to have a few twists.

@Avanhelsing: That's a really interesting idea, being a beastmaster sort. I really didn't think of that, and I think it would be a great addition.
Cecelia, Student

Superhero Alias: The Bunny Knight
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: Above picture

Power: Transmutation - Can turn anything nonsentient she's touching into anything else she's seen for a short time (10 minutes max) (she can also revert things before the 10 minutes)

Mask Appearance:

Personality: Cecelia is happy-go-lucky and loves to make new friends. She's sociable, but shy. She's too shy to make the first move, but once she gets warmed up to that person, she's super-happy to the point of seeming hyperactive.

History: Cecelia has a dull home life, whith a dad who works most all day and a mom who spends all day cleaning and shopping. Cecelia is usually home alone, helping her mom, or at a friend's house in her free time. She loves having people around since she doesn't have much communication at home. When she learned about her ability to change objects into others, home life got a little more... interesting. Being home alone was easier because she could make temporary entertainment, and the more she concentrated on it, the longer it lasted.
After the viral incident, Cecelia went over to her friends' houses to play with powers. She was bored less often, and started doing arts and crafts more, eventually making a mask out of broken glass from her house. She colored the glass and started wearing it around the house. One night, her house was being robbed. Cecelia heard something happen, so she put on her mask, clutched her stuffed bunny to her chest, and went off to figure out what the noise was. When she saw the burgaler, she got scared, especially when she saw the gun. After a few seconds being frozen in place, she looked at Fluffy, the stuffed bunny, and focused. Once Fluffy was in the shape of a gun (to this day, Cecelia doesn't know if it was a real gun or just looked like one) she pointed it at the burgaler and threatened to shoot. He ran out, empty-handed, leaving Cecelia to go back to bed with the reformed Fluffy. Since then, she's occasionally been seen fighting crime, using her bunny as a weapon once transmutated. More often than not, she just comically drops an anvil on the evil-doer's head.

Other: And yes, she still carries Fluffy around. Even at school.
Plot

You wake up groggy. Your head feels hard and heavy, as though you slept on the floor. Wait, you ARE laying on the floor. This isn't even your floor. You try to run to the door in front of you, but after a few steps, your limbs are yanked back to the wall by chains. You're trapped. A television turns on in front of you, and a man's voice starts talking. "Hello, and welcome to my wonderful home. You may be wondering why you're here, which is a fair question. You each possess one unique thing about you, and one similarity that I wish to harness: your lethality. Yes, you've all done it. Killed at least one person, and each of you kills very differently, which is why I need all of you, and not just one. You see, I have a... let's call it a business proposal, shall we? I have something you want," the camera cuts to a video of the most important person to you "and I'll give it back when you complete my tasks. Now, I've implanted a tracking chip in your head, so if you get too far off path... heheheh, HAHAHAHAH, BOOM! HAHAHAHAHAHAH" the man on camera takes a while to laugh evilly as you sit there with nothing to do but watch as he finally calms down "Anyways, heheh, why don't you go to the tavern, huh? Just ask for the Moonlight Special. I got you all hooked up there, buddy.

tl;dr Plot

You're a group of very deadly people, not necessarily trained killers, but you've killed at least once and have the capacity to do it again. Each of you has a special, specific method of killing (unique swordfighting style, black magic, hexing, deadly poisons, etc), and you're going to be given series of killing missions. They have one person that means more to you than anything, and the only way to get him/her back is to get to the endgoal of this man on the screen.
