I enjoy math, right up until Calculus, then I get lost. My forte lies more with history.

I like calc, actually. Very interesting IMO.
Brennen Garron

Brennen was disappointed by how many casualties on his side. I should have micromanaged them. If we'd had more help, I could have more directly commanded the villagers while the Cleric and other help took out the Screecher. Feeling frustration, Brennen launches an angry fireball off in the distance, away from town, shouting a long string of curses. It's my fault they're dead... With that, Brennen heads to this Tavern of Heroes that's been set up for the convenience of the Heroes and pays for a strong ale. Being asked how strong, Brennen's only response was "strong enough to make me forget today even happened." Once served his drink, he took to a small booth along the wall, just hoping to black out. Brennen has only had any alcohol once before this drink, and it was because he was testing his skills while impaired. He still beat his opponent in... whatever game it was, but by a much smaller margin than when he was sober.
By the time he finished his glass, he was barely conscious, crying heavily yet quietly, head buried in his arms on the table. We won. We achieved the objective. Why don't I feel like it was a victory, though? It feels like I lost the battle. Twenty-fucking-four volunteers died because I was too involved with that parent-fukcing, ass-faced screecher. I should have focused on the people, not the enemy... Dammit. "Dammit, dammit, dammit." His last thought slipped through his mouth, but it wasn't more than a drunken, slurred mumble.
After reading Adrial's post:
I know time moves in like weird quasi relativistic speed that do not follow normal Earth flow. But I still feel that sequence of events went like super fast. Anyway I'll go with the latter since it'll lead to more fun thing happening than retroactively writing myself out.

It might have something to do with the first group finishing 6 days ago. Trying to get everyone on the same-ish page in a bit of a hurry after that. Cecelia's group has been in IC side-chat for 4 days (IRL time) now and are very well acquainted. And maybe a little bit slightly drunk.
Guys?

@Tracyarmav FYI:

You've been calling Photina an angLE instead of and angEL. Unless this is something I misspelled on my CS and you're trying to get me to correct, lol.

Hmmm.. I'd say transition. Because you're changing a whole line of conversation- plus no one knows outside of your group what you've all been talking about. So continuing the same thread of conversation into the IC would be confusing for everyone else. You guys can keep the downtime as canon and stuff. But move into the Tavern for Heroes with everyone else.

I hope that doesn't cause any problems for you guys? I just want everyone to be on the same page c:

That's fine. I think we can have like a town crier or someone come in to announce something about it.
@Snarl Sooo... in our down-time PM chat, we're "at a tavern" already. Should we just assume we're at the Tavern of Heroes? Or should we transition to there?
@Snarl I believe that's up to you, since I don't remember anyone describing townspeople deaths, but I do agree that east and south are best candidates
@Snarl I think all that's left is your group. We'z gettin fdrunk at the tavern XD
