the other 50% is that it seems interesting, I do wonder about the possibilities with the queen interactions and free time options, how it all go's
but that little wondering might be great experience for me so ^^
I dont midn other races, but seeing this rp I would like them to be humanoid, like elfs and dwarf, but preferred (trough if other disagree with this, I wont mind much) no things like human shaped dragons (wow, did I really said that???) or trolls, minotaurs, things like that
trough a race that has both a human shape and a not human shape could be possible I think, but preferred rare
well those are initial though, and I am open minded enough to say, screw my preferred idea's and go with what is best for all of us XD
I got 2 idea's in my mind
one is a wetboy (see them as a specialist assassin type, potion masters, never fail, always able to use magic to enhance their own body traits and other nice tricks like breaking light fall on the user in darkness, making them harder to spot, make no sound while walking, stick to walls, things like that, they are also strong fighters and weapon users (often lashed with poisons)(want to know more, read the night angle trilogy XD))
the other would be a different race (if others agree to having other races in general) a young woman, lost, no memorys, and able to control water, not my magic but a natural ability
(later on the truth about her powers and race shows as she appears to be a normal human at the start, will give a PM with the race intel if you want, that way her truth will be kept a secret for a while longer)
think she might get taken in by the future queen or someone else that is good natured to live in the castle for some reason (before they all learn of her water control power)
the wetboy can be either hired to protect the coming queen or used for other targets, but preferred not hired against the queen herself

the elementals are a rare and nearly mystical race and each individual is only 1 element (might not have been clear on that)
but as humanoid they are all like her, human like creatures with control and powers fitting their element.
but can also turn into a animal minded monster and lose their humanity for ever
most live as humanoids cause they rather live a normal live then as a monster, but there are a few out their trough
so yeah that was the race in a nut shell, but I should properly have added the intel of the character I had in mind to show its not just power and monster stuff right away

btw, I am thinking that it might be an idea to keep most of the artifacts locations for my main char to my self, cause some are hidden in natural area's and the first one of these things (as 3 others) can sense the others when close by enough (like you said with the artifacts reacting when the chosen is close by) so it might be an idea that if someone else (like you) gives us a location we go past or trough, thet suddenly my char notice one upgrade for him close by
that way its mostly random when he gets an upgrade, its based mostly (with a few exceptions based on situations) on what others give me to work with for a location ^^

they generally have 2 shapes, the human shape where they are basically the embodiment of their element, able to shift their shape and control the element and other perks
each element would also have a different special trait in human shape
HOWEVER they can if they want to, give up on their human shape, turning into a pure element made creature, each with a different shape, they lose the special human shape trait but gain other abilities fitting their new shape, BUT this is a permanent change and they often end up being more animal like as well, living and traveling around the world, never again fitting into normal lives and so on
only reason why some elementals would do this can be the fact that they stop aging, becoming immortal and gaining huge power, but losing their humanity for ever.

Due to the fantasy setting, if you have an idea for a custom race that fits the setting, can we add those as well
