in what way if I may ask, I wont be changing his powers, but seeing his history we might work around it that they can both remain the same as we have them now without it being a problem ^^

Name: Patrick Campwood
Alias: Spiderman-Neo (or Neo-spiderman)
Age: 21
Powers: Similar to same powers as spidy himself in general:
-improved physical abilities such as agility, speed and strength (trough mostly he is focused on speed and less on strength compared to the original spidy)
-Able to crawl on walls
-has organic web shooters in his wrists
-instead of a spider-sense that feels danger he can feel aura's, using this he is able to feel those in his area and even tell if they are lying or scared and such, this gives a spider-sense when the enemy is attacking physically (trough he cant really feel the exact movements unless its a big body part like a huge tail of the lizard that is attacking him) but as bullets and such do not possess this live energy, he cant feel these coming at all, also if he is familiar with a specific aura from being around them for a long period of time, then he can feel them from much further, trough he can only sense a general direction and only strong emotions (such as fear)
-increase in intelligence but mostly to a degree where he can make things like spider tracers and a kind if distress call on cop's radio frequencies to alert cops where he has trapped crooks
-retractable claws on the fingernails, where they look normally but can grow into sharp points with a density similar to ivory.
Skills: due to his powers he has an increased intelligence on a more mechanical level, trough without any studys in the subject he can only make small simple things, He has made his personal martial arts.

History: A few months ago his entire live was suddenly turned upside down.
Patrick went to bed normal and powerless, but after he woke up things were different.
He knew he had these powers and he even had a spiderman costume hidden in his closet, it was a good hiding spot but he knew it was there.
It was clear something had happened but he has no idea what, was he abducted, did something else happen to him and did he get send back in time or something?
He tried to remember what date is was when he went to bed, but he could not remember it, but all the people that knew him had not reported him missing and said that he was still active and normal, even tje subjects they talked about what he did a week before he could remember them.
Currently he is acting like a new spiderman, mostly rouge at this point, given himself the name Neo-Spiderman, knowing the same reason why the original one acted: with great power comes great responsibility, trough he hopes to eventually find out what has happened to him!?
Other: he has some spider trackers and cop warning systems with him at all time.

-nothing to be ashamed off, Just means your doing your best to make something good for yourself while not conflicting with others in a way XD
-With ease, I have even had rp's where I was active with 6 and more chars XD

-both options can be, both NPC villians but also player controlled ones (trough I think its best of we forcus on the hero's and only play with the villains when they are needed for the mission, trough using them for past time/ posting at times where you cant post with the hero might be allowed, can be either for just letting them do random stuff out of boredom or even create a setup for later in the story (like creating a new sinister six team of player controlled villians XD)
what do you think, cause I am just giving idea's to juggle with and see if you like it ^^

I can explain the upgrade completely or just say how many and at what point they get a premade power up (to keep the full upgrade a secret XD)

@phantori: in a way this reminds me to a mix between Ranma and Nikki/Jessica from Heroe's XD
my only question is, how did the scientist mix the 2 siblings?
I want to keep it with at least some logic in it so even if far fetched or high class sci-fi I want to know the theory behind it XD
with Bone its pretty clear, genetic manipulation of the bone structure, increasing its density and mass, even the hardened skin can be connected that bone cells are infused with the skin cells.
in normal science this would be impossible but I can see the theory behind it XD
I myself cant find it with the sibling fusing so I wondered what you thought about it XD
I can see how they switch, with the body change included, hormonal balance (also explains how the brother can be so violent on top of it)
oh and just asking, these blasts of excess energy are they close range or long range?
beyond all that both are good, so its just simple asking on my part (curiosity and as said, some logic XD)
